Quick check-in for the night. I think we are sitting at probaby about $8000 sold so far for our Habitat garage sale. We'll find out the definite amount at our board meeting in September. So far not as good as we did at this time last year but we'll take it.
I did A LOT of walking, hauling, moving, dragging, throwing of wet boxes, today. I started at 8:30am and we quit at 6:30pm. I sat for probably about a total of 3 hours. So I marked that I did 3 hours of movement/exercise today. I'm not going to mark anything I do tomorrow - which actually will be quite a bit because we have to take down tomorrow after we close. We'll see. I wish I had a decent pedometer because I'll be I did at least 5 miles total today - it sure seemed like it.
Anyway - I was enjoying my new loss today. It really rejuvenated me. Britt and I ran to Panera for lunch and I had lower carb bread, had turkey instead of roast beef and had a fruit cup in place of the chips. Here's what I had today:
breakfast peanut butter chocolate chunk granola bar
fat free yogurt
lunch Smoked Turkey on Italian Herb
Fruit Cup
dinner 3 pieces pizza
Totals: 1600 cals, 46.5 fat grams, 214 carbs, 15 + fiber grams (I don't know how much fiber is in the pizza). I also don't know what the nutritional information is on the pizza so I did estimate it a bit high but I'd rather do that. So cals and fat grams were a bit higher than I'm trying to stay at but I did sneak and get on the scale and I was the same weight I was this morning - with clothes on and having eaten and drinken today.
A pretty good day - it poured overnight but we didn't have stuff that was too wet. We covered it pretty good. Today ended up being beautiful after the clouds moved out. Tomorrow suppose to be the same.
I'll talk to you all maybe tomorrow evening for a bit. I might be able to sneak on before I leave in the morning but not sure. I will be getting on the scale tomorrow morning because I'm curious - of course!
Have a good night - gonna go read some more Harry Potter #5 (gotta get that done so I can read #6).
Thanks everyone!
Keep on
