And now we are past the 9am mark, now they will get slammed with calls.I dunno. If the site was down on opening day for booking member cruises or opening day sales for a resort (therefore generating $$), alerts would def be going out. For regular booking issues? I bet it's not considered an emergency. I'm sure they're satisfied as long as the website is back up before MS opens so they don't get slammed with calls.
That or they can't find the slot to insert the dime or quarter provided to return the callMaybe they all have them on mute![]()

It’s all India and H1Bsince we have been down for this long, it makes me wonder if Disney IT does not get into the office before 9am.
Also are there any Disney IT in india or did they move them all back to the U.S?
I think I read somewhere that after the scandal they moved some positions back state side and are now running a dual setup with both India and U.S workers.It’s all India and H1B
