cruise with kids.. top tips

Dine and Play is when staff from Lab/Club pick up kids around 9:15 at second dinner seating - nice break.

People always write hear to pack light and I agree, we had too many clothes ..But I'm not sure I've ever seen mentioned - bring more underwear :). My kids almost ran out - maybe they changed back and forth more than most kids but I think I brought 11 or 12 each, for a 7 day, and went home with 0 clean :).

On this underthings note, we bring old/almost outgrown undies and socks for the cruise and leave them in the trash at the end of the cruise. Saves space for souvenirs. And it's not like my kids don't grow through clothes at an insane rate anyhow.

Cruisecrasher, I noticed in your signature your kids are gluten and dairy free. We have friends who think they cannot cruise because of their dd's allergies. They literally bring EVERYTHING the child eats with them. How do you handle the allergies? Their child is allergic to dairy, eggs, soy, gluten, peas and they are vegetarians.

I'm vegan so I get it. Basically talk to them! Here I've got a post covering this somewhere, I'll go look it up.

Edit to add:
Here ya Go! And you're the fifth person in a month to ask me that or similar...maybe I should see if a mod can sticky that post in the FAQs? Barring that I've linked it under my signature line so I can at least find my long version of the answer more easily.

:mickeybar <--- unfortunately not dairy free, but it is gluten and soy free! I don't think it has peas, but I'm uncertain about egg.

Well that is awesome. I'm going to share that with her. Hopefully they will see this as a possibility. Thanks!
