I've used CSA for all my cruises:

They are well known and reputable. Thankfully I have never had a claim.

Someone told me about insuremytrip.com in another thread. They will give you quotes from several different companies. It's a GREAT website, I bought my insurance from a company that I got a quote from on that website.
