Cruise Incentive Questions?

While I wait for my guide to call me back about whether we can add on to our new VGC purchase to get the cruise incentive, I had 2 questions:

1. Can we pay to upgrade from a 3 day cruise to a 4? We are trying to piggyback this cruise with a family reunion and those dates work out better.

2. Does anyone know which, if any, cruise dates for 2010 are already sold out for the incentive?

I know you cannot upgrade from a 3 to a 4 day. I'm not sure if any '10 dates are sold out (they are all fall). I booked a 3 day for Thanksgiving week in 2010 just a week ago, no problem.

I just booked my 7 day "incentive" cruise for Dec 2010. I was told others in 2010 were available. I upgraded to a verandah for like $700. They will charge you for transportation from the airport to Port Canaveral. I understand why, but my guide never told me this. They will get you anyway they can while you are in their crosshairs.!!

Thanks everyone, my guide did say "all you have to do is get to the cruise", lol, so I figured that meant transfers too.

I don't think transportation to the port is ever included in the cruise cost. You can use DCL transportation for the price previously quoted, a towncar which tend to be cheaper if you have more than 2 or 3 people, or rent a car (drop off at the port seems to be fairly simple.) For our upcoming cruise in Oct we are flying in the night before and staying at an airport hotel. Renting a car and dropping off at the port, then using a towncar service for the trip back to the airport.

I'm debating when to book our incentive cruise. I want to go on the Dec 16, 2010 cruise. Thought I could wait a few more months before booking, but I don't want to risk it filling up...
