Dan...I have 3 complimentary water park tickets which we have never used (and since I won't be seen in a bathing suit!!)--do you think that you guys could use them when you go to Typhoon Lagoon??? See how nice I am even after you stole my 5200!!!

BTW...Disney told me that these never expire.....I can mail them out on Monday or I could bring them with me and give them to your mom when I meet her at the airport but I'm afraid that I might forget---so maybe I should mail them!! (My memory is so bad---I have a box started and I am putting everything in it so I don't forget!!)---You can buy me a drink when we meet!!! I am going to say good night because I have a wedding at 9:00 a.m. (and on a Saturday, I am not even up at 9:00 a.m., let alone dressed and ready to go--church is at 9 and reception starts at 10:30!!! This morning DH went to give a bid on a bathroom remodel. He has already done a lot of work for this couple (she is a co-worker and he is a writer for the "Orlando Jones" show).They want him to build a bath/shower like the one Orlando has in his Charleston home so they took him over to see it. So DH got to meet Orlando Jones!
For those of you who do not know who Orlando Jones is, he has a late night "talk show" on FX network, he was also in the movie "Evolution" and "Drum Line".
DH said he is a very nice guy.

Bette, you may have e-mailed me. Sorry they won't work. Did you try cleaning the ink off? I think 110 will be plenty!

I tried to check out the pics, but unfortunately the Picturetrail had "electronic hicough", I'll try again tomorrow.

Still hot as hell over here. I parked outside a shopping mall today around 2pm, when I returned to the car my car's computer reported 45ºC/113ºF on the parking lot and on teh Autobahn it still showed 40ºC/140ºF. We haven't driven a mile with the top up for some weeks now, but have the a/c running also. Yesterday I drove on a rural road and stuck my arm out to the side at 70mph: It felt like under one of those hand-dryers or like under the hairdryer.
This really is convertible-weather, but I wouldn't like to ride a motorbike now.

Eric I have been having a little trouble getting into picturetrail today using internet explorer. It is working great with netscape though.

It was good to meet everyone in Baltimore and we are looking forward to seeing everyone on the cruise soon. Mike

Speaking of weather... we've been trying to recreate the Great Flood here in the Tampa Bay area. While I was out today, I couldn't see two feet in front of my car it was raining so hard. All the rivers are at flood stage, streets are flooding.. I'm just thankful I don't live in a flood zone.

Which brings me to this lovely bit of news, the hurricaine forcasters down here are calling for a quiet August and September, but a bad October... let's start praying now folks!!!

I've been working on the Palos list and I'm needing some more information on some folks. SO, If you are among the 46 people that have signed up for brunch I need your last name and stateroom number. I am also looking for 3 more volunteers to host/hostess a table. The only requirement is that you plan on being at the port early, and don't mind going straight to Palos once you've boarded, to sign up your group. I was looking for folks that planned on being at the Raddison, but we could always take care of last minute changes once we sail. Palos requests a 24 hour notice, but we sail on Sat. and eat brunch on Monday. So last minute changes should not be a problem. Does this make sense? Mike--- I couldn't get into the pictures at work but can at home. Great pictures. I will make print them out and use them for my scrapbook at some point.

Eric--- Try to stay cool. We had the heat last summer. This year it is cooler and wetter.

JenKatt-- I just saw that where they are predicting more hurricanes this year later in the season. Of course, last year I was on the mystery cruise. Wonder if that will happen again. Of course as long as I am cruising and not being tossed out of my bed from the waves will be happy.

Cathy--- Also sent you an email. For some reason, I can't get into microsoft word at all. Can get in microsoft works, but not word. That is only the past couple of days. Not sure what is happening.

Mary--- I know what you mean about planning an upcoming trip. I just got plane tickets for 12/3-12/8 for Norm and I to visit WDW again this year. Air tran had a great deal $49 one way to MCO. Couldn't pass it up. Now need some AP rates for the hotel.

Busy day here today as we spent the morning weeding.
Weeds have taken over where the shrubs were. We still have to get the stumps removed before we start replacing things so in the meantime have to weed.

It was quite warm here today with the humidity. Not as hot as Baltimore and certainly no where near as hot as Germany. One of the lawyers at work was just in Germany and he complained about the heat and the lack of air conditioning. He was glad to be home although when he arrived home his house a/c wasn't working.

Went to the Jays game later this afternoon and they won! It was tense for a minute in the 9th as the Rangers loaded the bases but luck was on our side this afternoon so they pulled through. Tomorrow is another game.

The cruise logo looks good. Will now have to go get the paper and the T-shirts -- added to my to do list.

Must go and change the laundry. Seems to never end.
