I just wanted to see if I could get a specific number, I'm bored at work. It's 4:30 A.M. and we were cruise shopping last night.

Gotta go, employees are starting to show up.

Don got it right: I just wanted to vent some built-up steam and as I don't have any kids to spank or dogs to shoot.... (That was a mean one - Ata-Boy )

On wednesday I found a nice Aloha-Shirt for the cruise and some cool Nike Golf-Shorts in our annual end-of-summer sale. Now we're thinking about buying soem wetsuits for our dive-course and the snorkel excursions, but we'll probably buy them in the States. Next week I have to find something for our 10th anniversary. I agreed with Anja that we don't buy each other anything, but who am I to keep a promise like that - LOL

70 days to go!!!!In just 10 days we can book our DCL excrtions! We will also begin to see documents arrive in a few weeks. I'm SO EXCITED NOW, I will be out of my mind when we are in single digits!!LOL!

I hope Jim's foot is better. Have fun at the Baltimore meet! Wish I was going to be there!

Eric, we have a "tax free" weekend for back to school stuff this weekend. This also means the summer stuff is maked way down! I think I will be doing some shopping this weekend!!

Eric...I think you should be fishing for compliments....you certainly deserve them with all of the hard work you and everyone else has done to make this a memorable cruise.

Off of work today and have a bunch of stuff to do before we leave for Baltimore.....Cathy W. if you're reading this, Sam said even if we leave by 3:00 pm it will still get us a good start (sooner than the 5 o'clock start we originally planned on!!)--either you call me or I'll call you later...this way, you don't have to rush around like crazy when you leave work!!

Fiona....pixie dust for Jim!!! Hope you guys can still make it to Baltimore....tell Jim not too feel too bad...I am the queen of doing dumb and stupid things and getting hurt....fell off of a ledge at the "Land of Make Believe in New Jersey" (of all places) and broke two bones in my ankle....try getting people to believe...the land of make believe????

Raining here today and hope it is nice and sunny for Baltimore..how are the plans going for an Ohio meet??? I know scootersmom and dad were trying to put something together.

Morning All.

Have a safe trip for all those who are driving to the Baltimore Meet. Norm and I are anxious to meet everyone. Are we going to be wearing some sort of name tags? I am just asking because I sometimes have trouble remembering names.

I could pick up some of those Home Deport mouse paint strips to use.

Eric--- Again thinks for all your hard work.

I haven't received anything from DCL on the excursions yet. However, I am booked through DVC which isn't always on the ball about getting the information to you.

I still need to make my Capt Marvin reservations. Not sure what I'm doing in Cozumel. Of course, I can just spend the day in Carlos and Charles like I did in May and not see any other part of Cozumel.

Got to get busy at work, so I can get finished and out of here to enjoy the weekend. I think Sat is to be overcast, but less chance of rain than on Sunday.

I just got a e-mail fro DU re the stateroom gift. Anyone who booked prior to last month, with more then 8 staterooms on their cruise (we have 43!) will still get the gift!

Today is the day I should be in Florida, having Twin-Time, but I am at work because it was going to be "so busy"!! We have had 8 patients all morning! (A "busy" day is >30).

Hey, Don, aren't you supposed to be 'working' at work? Congrats on #4800!!

Eric-- Let me chime in with my thanks for all the work you do for us. It is truly appreciated. Being able to talk online to everyone before the cruise and meet some of those going with us adds so much to the anticipation of the cruise.

Ohio meet-- We haven't heard back from anyone about an Ohio meet. Again, we are driving to Columbus on Friday 7/15, spending Saturday at the State Fair and Sunday at the Columbus Zoo if anyone is interested in meeting somewhere during that time frame. I have our hotel reservations for both nights, advance tickets for the fair that saved us $2/person, and we'll get into the zoo 1/2 price for our family because we're zoo members.

I forgot to tell Eric, we're booked for the Radisson night before the cruise. I got a king suite for $105 for the night. Sounded like a good deal.

Hope everyone has a great time at the Baltimore meet! Wishing for good weather and safe travels for all of you. Hope Jim's toe feels up to the trip. I once tripped over the dog, hit the side of my foot into the corner of the wall. It was purple and swollen for days and still gives me grief sometimes. Scared the dog half to death and she steered clear of me for several days!

The talk of weddings a few pages back reminded me of something so funny! Last week, we rented a four-seater surrey bike at Riverside. After one lap around, we wanted to switch seats. Josh pipes up with "If anyone wants to switch, do it now or forever hold your peace!" The rest of us about died laughing because we'd never heard that in the wedding ceremony before! Maybe it was one of those you-had-to-be-there things, but it sure had us roaring!

Got to drive the new truck yesterday, taking Josh for school clothes and supplies and some cruise stuff for me. I really liked the way it handled, etc. Didn't notice any less power going from 8 to 6 cylinders either. Matter of fact, I had to really watch my speed because it kept creeping up there!

I am trying to keep pictures and faces in my head but sometimes, the senior moments creep in and I can't remember (ok, not sometimes, more times than not!!!) Meeting Cathy and Art at our house this afternoon for the drive down and our dinner stop at Fuddrucker's in Hershey!!!

Home Depot Mickeys? Are you talking about the Mickey heads which can be found by the Disney paint? I took some too when I was at the Home Depot in Englewood.
