I called for a CRT PS this morning. I was using 2 phones, I got through to the recording "all reservationists are busy" about 3 seconds faster on my home phone than on my cell phone.
Which line did they pick up first? My cell phone!
How are the lines answered? Not in the order received.
I think the same thing happened to me last year also. I definitely recommend using more than one phone if you have access to more than one!
Oh, and I got our PS!!! YIPPEE!!!
