CRT and 2 year old

I have an ADR for dinner with Cinderella during our upcoming trip, and have a couple of questions.

1) I thought I read somewhere that children 3 and older get a wand (princesses) or a sword (princes). Do they still do this? And if so, would a 2 year old be able to get one as well? What if I paid for her?

2) I am considering just paying for her anyway so she can have her own meal. With 4 adults, that would mean we have 5 paid meals in our party. Would that also mean we get a second photo(in-laws are 2 of the 4 and would love one)? Can we purchase a second photo and/or get a copyright waiver?

3) If I do pay for her at CRT, we wouldn't be "flagged" or anything as her being 3 and thus create an issue for her getting into the parks or other restaurants for free, right?

Thank you for your help. This board has been great answering all my other questions already!

1) YES she will get a wand even though she is under age! My 1 yr old got one in may for free- they also gave her a plate of pasta, and ice cream for free

2) You get a package that includes 1 larger pic and four smaller ones (all one pose)- you can also add the pictures onto your photopass (if you are getting one) and print out as many as you like if you order the cd :) OH and- bring a camera- you can then have the in-laws pose with your daughter and take your own pic :)

3) Nope- wont be flagged.

There is absolutely NO reason to buy DD2 a ticket. She will get her own wand anyway, and as PP said, they will give her free food.

Also, even though you are not paying for DD, as long as she is listed in the reservation (which she needs to be so they give you a table that is the proper size), she will count as the 5th person, and thus you WILL get a second photo package even without paying for her.

So, there is NO reason to pay for a 2 yr old's meal at CRT.

I agree...my DD was 10 months old on our last trip and counted as a 5th person since my DMom was with us. She got the wand, buttered noodles, and dessert. She would have gotten a drink too, but was still drinking formula, so we skipped it. We got 2 photo packages, and then when I put the number from the print they gave us on our photopass account, I got all the photos they took on my account, and therefore on my CD.

It was the same for my oldest DD in 2006 the week before she turned 3 (although not the photo package part...there were only 3 of us). This year we will be a family of 5 with a 2 year old and a 3 month old.

Thanks for asking this question! We will be going next year with our two daughters (one will be about 1 and the other will be about 2 1/2) plus our son. This ought to be a really special meal. :)
