CRT ADR question: some of us are on DDP, some are not

We're going to be having dinner at CRT with a party of 10. DH, the boys and I are on the basic DDP and the other 6 (my parents, sister, her BF and her daughters) are not. I am going to be making the ADR and using my credit card to secure it, and they will give me the money when I get the bill. That has already been established and agreed upon by all of us (we do this all the time when we chip in for things, and never run into a problem and I trust all of them).

When I make the ADR, since 4 of us are on the DDP and 6 of us are not, how do I go about doing it? If I tell the CM that, will he/she be able to only charge me for 6 people? They will see on my trip reservation that we are on the DDP. Will they be able to do this or is it better to just be charged for the meal and reimbursed later for the people who are on the DDP?

I can't make an ADR online for a party of 10 right? If they allow me to, how would this work with 4 people on the DDP and 6 not on the DDP?

for my last two trips we had a mix of ddp and cash people. I just told them how many were in the party and that we were all dining plan. Then when we were there we just told the server that some were paying cash. No issues and we did this at CRT and PSB.
