CRP - Disney Tie?

My son has his his face to face interview coming in a few weeks for the CRP.

We were wondering if it's a PLUS or MINUS if he were to wear a haunted mansion wallpaper tie. ( It's not loud or super cartoony. Just the purple and black damask ). Or should it be a plain color?

My son just wore his casual clothes he had worn to class that day. He was accepted into the program. I think it would show, in a not too loud of a way, how much he loves Disney. Which what company wouldn't want that?
