My family stayed here this past June. Its very close to Universal (Cant walk) and offers free shuttle service to the parks. The staff was terrific! Very friendly and helpful. I got a terrific rate on hotwire and was upgraded free at check-in to a deluxe tower room. The rooms are spacious, clean and decorated beautifully. The pool area is very pretty and also has a hot tub. Pool was a little on the small size and kidney shaped but was just fine for us! I would stay there again, anytime. We had a $57.00 a night rate.
