Crown and Pub before Fireworks

what would be a good time to make reservations for dinner..if we want to hang around and see fireworks...and is it possible to view fireworks from restaurants..can you request a seat outside??any help would be great!!!

1) Make ressies about 1½ hrs in advance.
2) You can ask about the patio, but MUST take whatever is offered.
3) They have too many people wanting patio, then walking when not granted.
4) There is an outside standing area to view fireworks if eating inside.
