DS and I got there at 8:15, we parked in the first row of Minnie. ::MinnieMo

We were first in our line and we were up close in the front for the opening show. After the show we browsed some shops and had breakfast. It was really nice and not to busy, you could actually walk down Main Street and not run into people.

About 9:45ish we headed over to Fantasy Land because DS wanted to ride Small World. We did Peter Pan (no wait), Small World (no wait), Dumbo (3 min wait at most), Pooh (5 min wait) and Philharmagic (no wait) all within an hours time, which is awesome for WDW and Fantasyland. We had to leave after that to go meet some friends for lunch, on the way out we had to wait for the package pickup place to open (didn't realize it didn't open till noon or we would of played some more). So while waiting we just watch the people. The crowds weren't too bad when we left. The monorails and trams were light and they were just starting to park Pluto (so only Minnie and Pluto where being used)when we left at noon.

Just wanted to let everyone know about the crowds. We faced the same type of crowds yesterday.

Awesome! :cool2: Really great news to hear crowds are so low! Thanks for the report! :teeth:

My husband and I went to Epcot yesterday and it was basically the same---not busy! We arrived around 11:30 AM. Test Track was closed as they are refurbishing. After all the holiday crowds, it was nice not having to wait in long lines!

I apologize in advance for being a "parade rainer". But, this will sadly come to an end in a couple of days. Fri-Mon will be fairly heavy (not horrible, but certainly not what it is like right now) due to the holiday weekend. The resorts have been sold out for a while now.

But, the good news is that the light crowds will return on Tuesday.

Hi LCM2108!! Since test track is closed for refurbishment was wonder of life opened.. thanks

Bocat----I don't remember....

When will you be there? I'll look if I go this weekend.

Lisa

We arrive on Sunday. We're already expecting that it's going to be a bit crowded Sunday and Monday, but glad to hear that so far this week the crowds haven't been too bad.

What's this weekend??? I thought MLK was next week LOL Hum I guess it is, sees where my head is doesn't it. Thanks we know to avoid for the next few days and not go back till Tuesday, no wonder UG said the crowds were going to be a 7 this weekend.

I hope you're right -- we are there on Thursday and Friday of next week before departing on our first Disney Cruise on Saturday! :cool1:

WoooooooooooHooooooooo...this is GREAT news. We leave tomorrow morning for WDW. Saturday will be our first park day...hope this is an indication of how next week will be.

I hope things stay similar to this next week. We will be arriving late on Monday, but probably won't do a park until Tuesday.

Great news!

Test Track is closed? When will it reopen? We leave this Saturday!

Test Track is closed until sometime in February. Check the refurb schedule at allearsnet.com How could you have missed that announcement? It's been talked about on these boards for quite a while. There are quite a few of us upset by it.

My dh is in Epcot today and said it's really low crowds. He arrived there at 10am, and rode Soarin' two times in a row with no wait (and no FastPass)! At the end of riding Living with the Land, the CM said something along the lines of, "Have a great day...the park's not going to be busy today." :)

hi again lcm2108!! We will be leaving on 1/22 staying til 1/28. That would be great if you could check next time you are there.. Thanks ALOT!!!
