Crowds over Memorial Weekend?

Last time we aere at Disney we went the week before this. but because our school system has now changed their scedule to get out the friday before we are forced to go Memorial week. We are arriving May 23 and leaving May 30. If anyone could help with plans I would greatly appriciate it. What are crowd patterns like. This is a graduation trip for our daughter and we would love to have a great time.

We were at Disney in 2007 over the Memorial Day weekend and arrived the Thurs. before and were able to enjoy 2 great days of moderate attendance. On Sun., you could see the change. We are going again this year around the same time but thanks to the school changing dates as to when the kids get out, we're planning on arriving on Sun. and staying the whole week. I've read the week after is moderate attendance which is what it was when we arrived in 2007.

We went in 2008. We had just went in Feb so we had warned the kids that it might be too busy to do everything. We had a family meeting & we all picked the top 5 things each of us wanted to do. We made a list for each park. Well we threw those list in the garbage after the first day. We didn't find it busy at all. We got there the Sat and stayed the rest of the next week. Now we were there at rope drop most days, but when we returned in the afternoon after swim time, it still wasn't bad. We did use Tour Guide Mike's recommendations so I don't know if this helped or it just wasn't that busy. We really enjoyed the trip

I was there the 24th-31st last May and it was wonderful. Not crowded at all and we got to everything we wanted and lots of things were walk on (the longest I waited for Buzz was the amount of time it took me to walk from the beginning of the building to the platform)

The only big waits we saw were for TSM because it was brand new!
