Hi everyone,

I have been a Disneyland regular for a while, and haven't been to Disney World since I was about 10 or 11. My fiance and I have been to DL 4 times since May of 2009. I travel a lot on business and when I am in California, we stay the weekend and are able to pack the parks at DL in to a couple of days.

This November (Probably weekend of the 12th), I am going to be in the area and we were talking about trying to do a Saturday/Sunday trip and see what we can get in. Obviously we can't hit 4 parks in 2 days, we were thinking doing Epcot and Magic Kingdom tentatively, but is it possible even to accomplish this in the period of time we are talking about? I am under the impression that November before Thanksgiving is pretty quiet, but since I am travelling on business I would be staying off the grounds at the Marriott village in Lake Buena Vista and coming in every day.

So no extra magic hours and not right on site, are we going to be biting off more than we can chew? Will we leave feeling like we didn't get enough in?

Let me know if anyone can help at all, Thanks so much in advance!

Jason

You might not be able to do everything in MK and Epcot, but won't it be fun to try?

Normal rules would apply - get there for rope drop (which is harder for mid-westerns at WDW than at DL due to the time change and more difficult for MK, due to the parking situation), don't go to a park if it has Extra Magic Hours that morning or evening (unless you can't avoid it), have a plan, etc.

I also recommend that you familarize yourself in advance with the differences between DL and MK - things are in different places. Also, if you are crushed for time, you may want to start by experiencing the things in MK that are different than DL or only at MK.

You can go for a week and not feel like you got everything done. We are planning our trip for November, and can't beleive how many things we have said "We have to do that, because we didn't get a chance last year."

Go and enjoy what you can get done. You will never get it all done in 2 days, but you can still have a great time

it is possible! we did 4 parks in 2 days in May and it was a lot more crowded. yes we did skip a bunch of rides / attractions, but we did a ton!

have fun!! :)

That's the last weekend of Food and Wine, so Epcot may be a little more crowded than usual, but that' s it. The crowd calendars are really low for that weekend. As I'll be there from the 9th to the 16th, I'm rather happy about it. ;)

Ooh - forgot about that. We were there the last weekend of F&W last year and World Showcase was pretty packed. Not super-crazy-Christmas packed, but very definitely crowded.

Awesome thanks for all of the input. I am hoping to make it out if we can.

Thanks again,
Jason
