Crowds for First Week of March

I understand March and April can be busy based upon when Spring Break hits and when Easter hits. Is the very first week of March typically crowded/busy like the middle of the month? How about the end part of April? This year Easter is early April. I think most schools have Spring Break in March though.

I saw Florida schools are out March 20 - 24. A little later in the month for locals.

Someone somewhere is on a school break from presidents day week until the last week in April with peaks around Mardi Gras, mid march and Easter.

The best way to predict crowd levels is looking at room rates. Lower rates equals lower demand.

There are discounts throughout March - September. Maybe not the best indicator?
