Crowds During the 4th of July?

I am sure this has been asked but I cant seem to find a post about this so ill ask. We are going to be in Disney for the the 4th of July. We have never been here at this time and I am just wondering how are the crowds going to be? Thanks for your help!

July 4th itself will be wall-to-wall at all the parks, and at least MK will close early at capacity, probably with MGM right behind. Epcot will be packed solid just prior to fireworks -- you literally will not be able to move if you're on the promenade between Mexico and Canada, particularly on the bridges or at Showcase Plaza. The Saturday and Sunday prior to J4 will be very crowded also, and you can expect MK to close at capacity on those days.

Not only will you be shoulder to shoulder with people, but most of them will be melting from the heat and humidity.

But, it would be a fun experience.
