Crowds December 7-15

We're going December 7-15 and I am starting to really panic about crowds. I picked these days because I thought historically it was a "slower" time of the year, but now I'm hearing things about resorts being booked full. What do you all think? Do I have cause for concern or do you think it will still be a typically slower time? DH says I'm nuts and that we'll have a good time no matter what. Besides that, he also says we have the tickets, etc. so what good does fretting do now? I know lots of people go at much busier times of the year, but I'm not one of those people. As I said, I picked this week because I thought it would be slower. Sorry to ramble.

We went that time a few years ago and it was great. The crowds were lite for the majority of the trip. The weather was great the decor was great! The first weekend you are there the crowds wil be heavier. Stay away from MK on sat. and sun. I recomend you do Epcot and MGM that weekend but of course that is just my opinion. Pop Warner will be endeing that weekend so you may have some heavier crowds than normal during the weekdays. I hope you have park hopper as that could be a life save on somedays. Use the fastpass and ask cm's which parks have been the busiest and maybe plan around that. Go to expedia and look at the Disney vaction packages for ON property stays. You will see that through the 9th most of on property resorts are booked, thats because of Pop. I hope this helps as I wanted to give you all the info I can so that you can make the most out of your trip. We go every year the first two week in Dec and its always great, crowds are low, and the weather has been warm during the day and slightly cooler in the evenings, with one night needing a sweatshirt. But normally, the crowds have been down those two weeks.
