Crowd Prediction Poll: When is your 2011 Spring Break?

Another thread inspired this poll...with the late Easter date of April 24, 2011, I'm curious to see if the "spring break" crowds will be spread out instead of concentrated this year.

NYC schools are off April 16-26, 2011

Our breaks haven't really ever revolved around Easter.

I am from Ontario and our break will be March 14-18. We are planning on visiting Disney around this time. We might start on vacation the Wed before this week and go from Wed - Wed. I hate crowds!

We are in Augusta GA so our spring break revolves around the Master's Tournament. Of course, our kids are also out for the summer May 21.

We are in Manatee County, FL and our spring break usually is the week leading up to Easter (that is why we are not going this year), but next year our spring break will be March 7-11. I am excited because we will probably go during that week.

We live in Raleigh, NC. My son goes to year round school so he'll be off the first 3 weeks in April. The traditional calendar schools will be off the week before Easter.

we are in TN...2 weeks off...7-11 and the week after...we will be going 7-11 of March

I've decided Disney is probably going to LOVE this late Easter date.

The spring break crowds being disbursed throughout several weeks is probably very helpful for them.

Cobb County, Georgia - Metro Atlanta - April 4-8. Our spring break is the same week each year, it does not depend on Easter. We will be in Disney for spring break in 2011, since our break does not border Easter that year. This year, it is the week after Easter, and we do not venture to Disney at Easter.

most of Central/Southern IL and Missouri always have spring break the week before Spring starts (14-20 of March). In fact, my kids are just ending spring break today!

Its the same every year and has been since I started grade school in the 80's.

We are always the 3rd week of March.

Massachusetts always has the 3rd week in April. Looking at the results so far, that will be the most crowded:-(

I find it surprising that so many school districts keep the break in line with Easter, even when it will mean only a few weeks left of school before summer vacation.
