Crowd level calendar increase

:confused3 wondering....

We went to WDW last summer end of May-first week of June and the crowds were - IMO - medium on the weekdays and upper medium on the weekends...that is why I booked this same timeframe again this year, but I am starting to freak out a little...:scared1:

Of course, our last WDW vacation was the week of Thanksgiving-Dec 2nd, and it was PACKED:scared1::scared1: Thanksgiving weekend!!! I just hope it is not that packed...

Darn:guilty:I knew those low numbers were just too good to be true!! Oh well we will have fun anyway....I would rather be at a crowded Disney World than anywhere else!

Our June dates just increased to all 8's (6-7's before). I guess we should go with a park hopper. A PP, Marlower mentioned you could wait and add it on at the park the day of the switch. Has anyone done this before?

Thanks

OK, Here you go but I'm warning you it looks BAD:

It makes the 7's and 8 days look good;) This picture was taken around 11:30 on new yrs eve morning. But this is what the crowds looked like the entire wk we were there after christmas and before new yrs. We still had a blast and got tons done with a good touring plan and use of FP's and AM EMH's

LOL! Honestly...that's pretty much what my local Costco looks like on a weekend!

Yes they were waiting for soaring and the stand by line was over 5 hrs long a people still stood in line and waited.

I just checked and our dates in June have gone up from 7 and 8s to all 9s. Ouch thats going to hurt. It makes me feel better that we got our ADRs all set though.

5 hours??? Yikes!!! I don't think I could wait 5 hours, let alone my kiddo's. I would be back at the resort pool side with an expensive drink!!!

Is that a food court all of the other people are at? It doesn't look too bad until you look towards the back of the picture and see all those people packed in like sardines!!! Is that part of the soarin' line too?

Well hopefully the plan isn't all that accurate for next week. We're in the parks m-th. Kinda makes you wonder if there is a recession or not...

We are going from April 26-May 2nd. Our highest day is an 8, but the rest are 7's and 5's. (up from 4's and 5's) I was bummed when I saw the numbers go up, but at least I know it could be worse!

There were a few other factors that made them recompute the crowd levels as well...I am not happy (also going that week)

:sad2:

Is any other state than MA on break that week? I know there is little room availability.

The 4/3 deal seems to have worked great to get bodies in the parks - but other reports have shown the per-cap spending is down...

OMG! Well there goes the theory that this Spring Break/Easter would not be as bad as years past. Too late to change now. We'll just have to deal with it! Keeping fingers crossed that I can get my crew up EARLY!
