Crowd comparison please

I am starting to get worried about crowds.
Our first trip was the week after Easter--crowds were not unbearable in my opinion but the afternoons got pretty full.

We are going this year May 20 -26--in an attempt to avoid the summer crowds. We will actually be flying out first thing May 26 which is the Thu before Memorial Day weekend.

Can anybody give me a guess as to crowds then? I guess it will help me to know if crowd levels will be the same, higher or lower than on the week after Easter.

Give it to me straight!

I have been there Easter week & May. The crowds are much less in May. Except Memorial Day weekend. Also the weekend were a little more crowded then during the week when it is a Star Wars AWeekend....but not crowded like Easter or Christmas!

So you think the fact that we are leaving before Memorial Weekend officially starts means we won't run into those crowds?

I have already planned to stay away from MGM during the weekend we are there because of Star Tours....

OK so assume that school attendance will have something to do with crowds. According to a poll I just ran in the last week - that week starts at 7% and ends at about 20% of kids being out for their summer vacations at that time. And keep in mind, many of the largest population cewnters on the east coast will not even get out until mid may and beyond.

We had a great week prior to Memorial Day Weekend. I don't think you will have a problem with crowds. We seemed to be able to do everything we wanted to. No complaints. We did decide that we would not go over Memorial Day Weekend again. The parks were packed Fri & Sat. We waited almost 2 hours on Main Street for Spectromagic.

Just make your PS as soon as you can.
You will love going in May!
