crocs or birkenstocks

Just adding another success story for Crocs. We went and bought our entire family a pair (6 of us) and we all love them. They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn.

I actually got a green and black pair for myself. :)

I have three weeks to find those silly Nile's in a 10

Anyone have any clue where to find them?

Thanks,
K

For those of you who have the Niles. Are they as comfortable as the origional? How about for long periods of walking such as WDW?

eBay had lots of different sizes & styles last week. I am a recent convert to Crocs. The 1st pr of the Beach model (only one in stock) I ordered from their website was too small. Following advice I received I ordered a size smaller, didn't like how my toes hit against the front of the shoe. I reordered my true size 7-8 and they fit fine, just a little larger than usual, but my foot doesn't slip around.

They are quite possibly the UGLIEST shoes I've ever seen, let alone worn. However, I've had problems with my feet for years, including steriod shots in my heels, etc., and these are the only shoes I've worn that are truly comfortable. What a joy to not have my feet aching at the end of the day.
I wore them to work the concession boot, which necessitate standing on concrete for 4 hours, during my DS's baseball game and experienced no foot pain - what a relief. :cloud9:

I'm going to buy the Nile/sandal version for summer. It's not that my feet sweat more in them, actually much less, but they do get warm. Additionally, the shoes seem to attract a coating of dust. I throw them in the shower every few days and they spruce up nicely.

Guess I'll soon have to order them in different colors to match my outfits. Just wish they could do something to change the plastic look of the top of the shoe (suede or cloth for appearance sake).
