Croc's for my girls' trip to Disney??

I bought a pair of "fake" crocs (I don't remember where, might have been WalMart) and to me they are not that comfy. Are the real crocs better or made differently? Anybody else have this problem? I have read so many positive things about crocs and how wonderful they are. I guess I am hoping somebody can confirm that yes, crocs will be better than my cheapy imitations.

The Walmart ones are WAY different and no comparison to Crocs. I first purchased a pair of Airwalk "Crocs" at Payless and I love them. Very comfy. In fact we just bought a pair for my DS-3, and he thinks they're so cool and comfy! When I saw the ones at Walmart, I got excited, but once my feet touched them I knew they wouldn't be coming home with me! They're made out of a completely different material than Crocs or Airwalks. I just ordered a pair (or 3! ) of the real deal from Dick's Sporting Goods after trying some on at the mall. I can't wait for them to get here!

My Airwalks are really comfortable. I got them last summer - I wore them a lot last summer and now the last few days have been warm enough to wear them again. I decided to go with the Crocs for a new pair since the deal on them thru Dick's was so good, otherwise I was having a hard time justifying the full price cost of Crocs when I could get Airwalks (which were really comfortable for me) for a lot less.

I tried on a pair of Crocs at the mall. The only difference I noticed was that the Airwalks have a smooth insole, whereas the Crocs (at least the Caymans - I believe that's what I tried on) had little "circulation nubs" which stimulate circulation (according to Crocs.com). Otherwise, I haven't wore a pair long enough to ntoice anyother difference.

My friend had a pair of non brand "crocs" and hated them - very uncomfortable. I tried to convince her to try the actual Crocs but she didn't believe there'd be any difference so I got her a pair of the real things for her bday and she said that right away she could feel the difference. I wear them and my kids wear them and now I even have my DH and my mom wearing them.

But now for WDW I think we need the ones with the Mickey shaped holes - too cute!!!!

I always thought they were just ugly, trendy shoes! Are they REALLY that comfy? Even with the little nubbies on the soles? They really don't cause blisters? Don't your feet sweat in them?

We're going to Jamaica for Easter, and it sounds like they would be a great choice, also a good chance to try them out before taking them to WDW.

They are really that comfortable. I'm not sure about the sweatiness yet.

I think they'd be great for climbing up Dunn's River falls. I also think they would be great to wear to the pool.
