Check your email for cancellations. They were out of stock on one of the two pairs I ordered so were going to send out the one and charge me full price. Yeah, right!
Spent 30 minutes on phone trying and eventually successfully cancelling the order. Was originally told it could not be cancelled till a manager suddenly okayed it.

Got my order today and my second pair (free) of shoes was missing. It's on the order on the website and on my email confirmation, but not in the box or on the invoice. Called them, waited 20 minutes on hold to talk with someone who agreed I should have gotten an email about my second pair being out of stock and had the option to cancel my order. She checked and they were in stock on her computer and on the website on my computer so she re-ordered them for me and is having them sent out. Hopefully they'll arrive next week with no problems or the first pair is going back for a refund. At least both pairs for DD arrived safe and sound, those were the ones we really needed.
