Check your email for cancellations. They were out of stock on one of the two pairs I ordered so were going to send out the one and charge me full price. Yeah, right!

Spent 30 minutes on phone trying and eventually successfully cancelling the order. Was originally told it could not be cancelled till a manager suddenly okayed it.

I placed my order on Saturday & never received any emails at all. So i checked my cc to see that there is a temporary auth there from Crocs.com. I just sent them an email to see what is going on. When I check my acct on their website, it doesn't show any order # at all.

Thank you so much OP! I was able to get 4 pairs for $29.98! Crocs and tennis shoes are pretty much all my kids wear to school, so this was perfect timing. My first order, placed on Friday 08/28, says it shipped. I placed another order Monday and got the confirmation email right away, but no shipping notice yet. Fingers crossed that they had the shoes in stock!

Ordered mine on 8/29 and the site states that my order is still being processed. I ordered two pair of Juneau. I went back to look at the pics of the shoe and I really really like them, so I HOPE that this order ships...
