I was able to click on the link in the e-mail and it took me to the screen and it under status it said SHIPPED. Than there was a link with the tracking inf there that took me to the tracking screen.

Mine are being shipped USPS. :rolleyes: In other words SLOW BOAT TO CHINA.
 
I ordered 1 pair of Disney Croc's & 1 pair Caymam Croc's for DD on Dec. 11th.
The order shipped out on Dec 19th and I too show an est. del. date of 12/27. When I checked the status it showed yesterday they were in OH being sorted and as of this morning they are here in Minnesota close to where I live. So, I am thinking I will be getting them sometime today rather than 12/27 (the est. del. date).

So, keep the faith & fingers crossed. Hopefully you will get you Croc's before Christmas. :)
 
Mine show supposedly being delivered today - we'll see. I don't have a lot of faith in them at all right now. They won't respond to my emails about being charged for the cancelled item. They won't answer the phone. So, I'm sitting here paying $34 for one pair - which is more than I could have just ordered them for from the Crocs website. Now, if they are the wrong size. . . . . :furious:


Oh, and while I was checking for the tracking info, their website is showing that pair cancelled due to "inaccurate customer info" === but they were able to ship the other pair ordered in that same order??? So, now I'm sitting here with 3 different stories - one that it shipped, one that it is unavailable and one that they have my wrong info. Unbelievable!
 
I ordered on the 11th and ups website says they are out for delivery. I am very irritated that it took them a week to get my shoes out to ship! I sent them 4 emails and still have not gotten a responce. Hopefully all our crocs will get here and fit fine.
 

I ordered on the 10th and received an email yesterday (12/19) saying that they had shipped and guess what? I just got them. So those of you who are worried - I think you'll get them quicker than they make it sound.

Well, my one pair did come today. It is the right size, so that pair is fine.

Still no response from Fogdog on the cancelled pair being billed to me anyway - found out why a few minutes ago. The customer service email address I used - it bounced back!! So now, they won't answer the phone, and their email address doesn't work! :furious:

I'm having the same problem with them. They canceled one pair but Google checkout charged me for it anyway. I've disputed the charge with my CC. I tried contacting Fogdog to no avail and there's no way to reach Google checkout. What a mess!!!
 
I've had the same problem, and now I'm out a lot more money!! My order said that the crocs left the Sortation Center in Grove City OH today, and then they arrived at the Sortation Center somewhere in PA. Now the estimated arrival at my house in Ithaca, NY is 12/27. This wouldn't be such a big deal, but for the fact that I ordered them on 12/11 and they're from SANTA! They really have to be there for Christmas morning, 'cause they're one of the few things my daughter has asked for from Santa (she's nine and still believes, but just barely). So...I just ordered another pair from Shoebuy with expedited shipping, just to make sure we have them. AARGH! I won't order from FOGDOG.com again!!!!! Just had to get that off my chest. Thanks for listening!
 
I stopped by Hallmark to see what sizes looked good for my boys and just ordered two pair of Mickeys! It will be a nice after-Christmas surprise for them. Thanks OP!
 
I ordered four pairs of crocs on Dec 11 and I got them today. :-) They shipped out Dec 18, so they got here pretty quick. My credit card just now shows it was charged.
 
I had the same problem with one pair being cancelled by FogDog but Google charging me for both. The email to FogDog was also bounced back, however, I was able to reach them by phone with little to no wait time. The rep said they had to cancel some Disney crocs as they sold out and were not expecting to get anymore in anytime soon. She also stated FogDog would contact Google to have the credit put back on my cc. Well, we'll see.:sad2:

I also received one pair today, but was charged for two. The strange thing is that the one pair I received was the disney pair! The pair they cancelled were just Caymens in light blue. I'll give them a few days to correct the situation and credit my account, or I'll also dispute the charges. I could never reach a human being at Fogdog. I just kept getting the automated phone system. Honestly, I don't have time to keep calling to try and sort this out! :confused3
 
Well, the crocs from FOGDOG just arrived today (12/22~order date 12/11), right before we were to leave for the holidays! Whew!!

Actually, as I said in my previous post, I ordered another pair from shoebuy.com with "expedited shipping" so that I'd be sure to get them in time for Santa to give them as a Christmas gift. Imagine my surprise when I got notice of shipment today from shoebuy WITHOUT the expedited shipping--expected arrival date 12/26!!! They really had no explaination for whatwne wrong, as I followed all of the procedures to get the shipping expedited and it didn't happen. I sure am lucky that the fogdog crocs are here, and now I can send back the shoebuy ones with a very clear conscience!

Okay, I got my two pairs some time last week (don't know when because I wasn't home and the carrier left the box outside my apartment door, but that's a post office issue) BUT the strap on one of the Disney Crocs is broken, and it HAD to have been shipped that way.
 
I got my 3 pairs of crocs today (all non-Disney) I ordered them on the 11th. They all fit fine, they are sized just like my (and my DM) other ones.

They did take a long time to get here. It was the only online order I placed that didn't arrive on time. Even the order I placed for AG clothes at heritageclothesline.com arrived in time even though I only ordered it on the 18th :goodvibes

I'm sorry so many people had a problem with Fogdog. My experience was fine. In fact, I messed up my first order and had to cancel it (within 5 mins) and I cancelled it online and verified it with them by phone and everything went fine.
 
We ordered 2 pairs of childrens 2-4 size Disney Crocs from FOGDOG through Google check out. Ordered them on December the 9th and they arrived today. I will put them away for her birthday...... I am still glad to get them at such a nice price!
 
Ordered 2 adult pair of Crocs (one cayman, one Disney) from FOGDOG on 12/09. They arrived today, 12/27. Right size, color, etc. Over all, happy with the price and product, a little disapointed in the shipping time.
 
i ordered mine adn got them within a week. Course I screwed up sizes and now need to return. ugh I hate they do not exchange
