Crockpot recipes?

I remember a few months ago, maybe last winter, there was a thread about Crockpot recipes while camping, and I can't find it.

Someone posted a recipe with chicken breasts and cream cheese, and of course now I'd like to try it and can't find the recipe. If any one has it, could you please repost?
