Crock pot meals

This won't help at Disney but at home when I use my crock pot, I plug it in outside under a covered area and away from the elements so it doesn't stink up my house. I got this brilliant idea from my friend. I have never had any problems doing it this way and have done so for several years now.

if you have an oval crock pot.....

take a frozen turkey breast (still on the bone...take out gravy pack if inside)..my crock pot will hold a 5 pound turkey breast
put white cooking wine on turkey (maybe 1/4 or 1/2 cup)

cook on low all day

when you get home the breast will slide off the bone and is juicy and tender..yum yum

Put chicken breasts, a can of Northern beans and a can of Rotel tomatoes in the pot and cook on low for eight hours. My family loves this.

Oh that sounds delicious. I will have to look for a turkey breast the next time I go shopping...

I love my crock-pot as much as the next person but vacation to me means never having to do any dishes.

I myself don't do this, but I've heard it's safer if you put the crockpot in a metal sink or container.

I love my crockpot. However, I have problems with the food drying out if it cooks for more than about six hours. Even after putting liquids in it ahead of time, I have problems.
