So I've been on the phone with CRO for over 20 minutes. All I wanted to check was if there was a AAA discount available for my dates. Well it took her the first ten minutes to get my dates right
"Yes I have the AAA discount available for your two nights"
"But I'm going to be there for 5 nights"
"Oh, one moment"
"So you want the AAA discount for Dec. 8 to the 12th?"
"Uhh, no, I am going from Jan. 8th to Jan 13th"
"Oh, one moment"
"Yes, I only have the AAA discount for 2 of your nights"
"Okay, I will pay regular for the other nights"
"Really? Oh, one moment"
Now that was about 5 or so minutes ago. It's a good thing I have free nights and weekends.
