Who would you send a complaint to regarding the CRO? I made my ressie two days ago for a last minute trip for the 26-28th of this month. They guy who helped me was WONDERFUL, going out of his way and really made me feel important. He asked me about ME, but at the time I wasn't sure of my return flight and he said that was fine, I just needed to call at least 10 days before my departure. Well, I just called and got this HORRIBLE woman named Kara Lee, who immediately tells me that she isn't sure that she can help me, that I should have booked this two days ago, and I then asked her, well, can they not get me on ME. Her response in a very nasty tone was "Well, they'll do what they can to help you." She started asking about our flights, and while we're coming back on the same one, we're flying down on two different ones. As soon as I said that it's 2 different flights going down she said "That's just great.......you've got to be kidding me".
She said it like she was trying to mumble it, but unfortunately said it loud enough that I could hear it! I didn't want to start something with her on the phone, so I was the bigger person and kept my cool and was very nice to her in return. I have NEVER encountered someone so rude at CRO. Even if someone can't get ME, there's no excuse for that sort of behavior. I work in customer service and believe that you do whatever you can do make someone happy within reason. Thanks for letting me vent!
