Who would you send a complaint to regarding the CRO? I made my ressie two days ago for a last minute trip for the 26-28th of this month. They guy who helped me was WONDERFUL, going out of his way and really made me feel important. He asked me about ME, but at the time I wasn't sure of my return flight and he said that was fine, I just needed to call at least 10 days before my departure. Well, I just called and got this HORRIBLE woman named Kara Lee, who immediately tells me that she isn't sure that she can help me, that I should have booked this two days ago, and I then asked her, well, can they not get me on ME. Her response in a very nasty tone was "Well, they'll do what they can to help you." She started asking about our flights, and while we're coming back on the same one, we're flying down on two different ones. As soon as I said that it's 2 different flights going down she said "That's just great.......you've got to be kidding me".:scared1: She said it like she was trying to mumble it, but unfortunately said it loud enough that I could hear it! I didn't want to start something with her on the phone, so I was the bigger person and kept my cool and was very nice to her in return. I have NEVER encountered someone so rude at CRO. Even if someone can't get ME, there's no excuse for that sort of behavior. I work in customer service and believe that you do whatever you can do make someone happy within reason. Thanks for letting me vent! :goodvibes

I would call ME directly. CRO does better with sending stuff to ME that are in advance. Once you get within 60 days of your reservation, you get much better results by calling ME directly.

Isn't it great that the CMs give their names when you call?

Couple of suggestions if you encounter a similar experience in the future:
1) Ask for a Supervisor, or
2) Very sweetly say, "You have a Disney day!" and hang up and call back. Chances of getting the same CM again are virtually nil (although not impossible)

clkelley's suggestion is great. The toll-free number for Magical Express is in at least one of the sticky threads at the top of this forum. I know it's an 866 number, but I don't know the number.

And, if you remember the original CM's name, would you consider writing a complimentary e-mail about him after you get this issue resolved? We (and I'm at the head of the line) don't hesitate to complain when something goes wrong; it's only fair to recognize outstanding service, as well.

I did send them an email and I think that I remember the original CM's name, which I included in the email to them, letting them know how outstanding he was. :goodvibes

I actually got the same CM twice in one night. Both the CM and I could not believe that I was able to get the same CM twice!

Heck CM's are in Orlando, Salt Lake City, Kansas City, and many other places.....
