Looking for critiques for my plans. This trip is short and includes myself, DH and 8 year old son. We were just in Disney last November so I don't feel the need to see and do everything...we did that lat time :thumbsup2
We arrive at BWV friday Oct 31 in the evening. Plan is to hit the pool and get a good nights rest.
Day 1: Saturday AK rope drop. I'm not a big fan so I plan to hit a few big attractions and head out by 1:30 for a 2:30pm Kona lunch (is an hour enough time?). Take boat over to MK for the evening.
Day 2: Sunday MK rope drop. Watch parade at 3:00..Take boat over to Whispering canyon dinner at 5:00. (would we cut it too close?) Boat back to MK for the evening. watch wishes at 9:00.
Day 3: Monday DHS rope drop. No ADR's today. Take a break back at resort mid day. Epcot for evening.
Day 4: Tuesday Epcot rope drop. back to resort mid day if needed. Garden Grill at 4:00.(maybe I should do 5:00? I want to leave enough time to do stuff before park closes) Epcot for evening.
Day 5: Wednesday (Magical express will pick us up at 5:30 pm) This will be a wing it day: we'll go back to any park we want to see again. Im thinking possibly dhs.

I think it looks fine. Wanted to note that the Boardwalk SHOULD have a mini Halloween party on your arrival night, with some characters, a DJ, and trick or treating so your 8 year-old might want to check that out?

you can't take a boat from BWV to MK just to let you know on day two but otherwise i think it looks great!

On day 4, if you think you may need an afternoon break at the resort, then I'd do dinner between 5:00 and 6:00. Otherwise, you might not haven enough time for a decent rest/swim break.

Thanks everyone...I completely revamped my plans today so all of this is a mute point. Im thrilled to hear about the Halloween event at the boardwalk. We land around 7 pm and my son is bummed he will be missing trick or treating at home. Our plan was to do MNSSHP but they aren't offering any after halloween this year

I'm not 100% sure how late the events run...I think they start around 4 PM so I just wanted to throw out there that it may be mostly over by the time you guys arrive? I saw a flyer for last year's party with hours but I can't find it now!
