This is assuming park hours don't change. If they do, oh well. We aren't hopping so we'll be "stuck" with these parks. :)
This is what I've come up with so far:

Arrival day--no park. DTD if we have time, no ADR.

Sunday: MK -- CRT for early breakfast, hopefully first seating (but we'll take any time we can get!)

Monday: DHS is supposed to be evening EMH. Morning at park, lunch at T-Rex then take the boat back to POR for a nap. Head back to DHS for the evening.

Tuesday: DHS in the am to do TSM again/ catch any live stuff we missed. MNSSHP (assuming it will be Tuesday, haven't seen official dates yet but Disney has this day listed as MK closing at 7, so I am guessing it will be this day)--Chef Mickey's earliest dinner time before heading to the party.

Wednesday: Ohana breakfast before heading to Epcot.

Thursday: MK day with morning EMH, leave by noon for a rest, then 1900 Park Fare for early dinner before returning to park.

Friday: Akershus breakfast. Probably will shoot for the latest breakfast seating so we can arrive at opening and ride either Soarin' or Test Track and get FP for the other one.

CRT, Akershus and Chef Mickey's are the ones that are MUST DO for us. But I have some wiggle room on the others.

Is leaving DHS a disaster? Last year we missed ALL of the live shows so our goal this year is to catch those. I am thinking leaving for lunch will make us miss one or more of them (shooting for Beauty & the Best, Lights, Motor, Action and Indiana Jones). We could leave on Epcot Wednesday because it's supposed to be evening EMH and there's plenty of time. I just would hate to be all the way on the far side of the World Showcase and have to lug ourselves back to the entrance (or can I get on a bus to DTD from the WS entrance?).

And... if we did T-Rex on our Epcot day, what should we do on our DHS day? I was thinking about Cape May for breakfast but I know if we are even a minute late for RD, we will be stuck waiting forever for TSM. I think we'd be cutting it close. And we really don't want to do Hollywood & Vine again. We liked it but my kids are going to be 5 and 7 on this trip so we are kind of "over" Handy Manny. :)

We will have our car but will avoid using it as much as possible in favor of Disney transportation. But we WILL drive if it means getting a reservation that works out better, though.

Suggestions? Thoughts? Thanks!

Your ADRs look great!! :goodvibes

We loved CRT and the early morning times are best! You can get into the park before everyone else and get some great pics of the castle and your family in the process.

Beauty and the Beast is a must see for our family. It is our favorite live show. We also love the Lion King show at AK.

We also like Chef Mickey's for dinner and will be going back this trip.

Our girls liked TRex during the last trip...similar to the Rainforest Cafe if you have ever eaten there.

1900 PF...great characters, nice decor...food is just okay. We won't be going back for dinner...maybe for breakfast but not this trip.

IMHO, you have a lot of breakfast ADRs...we prefer dinner ones...we are doing Crystal Palace (8:05) to get into MK before opening...that will be our only breakfast. We usually follow the same daily schedule (weather permitting)quick breakfast in the room...pop tarts, cereal, etc.....at park for rope drop, CS for lunch or head back to resort and eat CS at the pool...swim until about 4:00, head back to get ready for our dinner reservation...Back to a park or DTD at night and early bedtime...lather, rinse, repeat. :rotfl:

Jealous of your 'Ohana reservation...I want one for dinner and it is booked. :sad2:

We did Akershus as the first lunch time and it was great. Plenty of time to do Soarin', the whole rest of the Land, Imagination (not 3D movie) and a frozen banana before World Showcase openned. We don't do Test Track or Mars. We even had time to do Mexico and browse shops before a yummy lunch. I had salmon and the other half had something else yummy - maybe boar sausages.

As in the above post, you might consider a few non-breakfasts. We enjoyed ours.

That said, our next trip will have three character breakfasts.

Not sure skipping out of Epcot to DTD for T. Rex is good time management. Epcot has some of the best restaurants. Don't think I would ever leave it for a meal unless to somewhere Boardwalk or Cape May Cafe for characters.

I think I should have included the following info: my kids are pretty picky eaters at lunch/dinner but they will basically eat anything that is considered a breakfast food. So for us, breakfast is the best value, otherwise they will just stare at food they don't like with big, sad tears in their eyes. At home, we deal with this. At Disney, I'm not fighting that battle! :) Breakfast works for us.

I notice you mentioned going to DTD on arrival day with no ADR. Big Mistake! I find that Downtown Disney crowds are worse than the parks!
What about doing T-Rex on that first night? (definitely make a reservation)
Then you would not have to leave DHS on that day for lunch.
Just a thought!

Instead of leaving DHS, you could eat at Sci Fi Diner for lunch.
The kids would love the theming. And the Oreo shakes are great. Kids menu has lots of good options (burger, hot dog, etc.)
