So is it bad that tonight when hubby and I watched I was saying no Aisha's character can't go and I was talking about all the people who left and I totally forgot about JLH, oops

What's funny is that the first time I ever saw Aisha Tyler, she was on The Ghost Whisperer, the first season or so, as JLH's best friend. Then they killed her off. She was one of the better things about that show.
They are probably having a hard time shooting around her schedule for The Talk. So they'll either have her on less episodes or give her less air time. Now that J.J. will be back, the Team will have their female member around. The Team has shown they could get along with one less member on the Team, since we had Aisha but no J.J. Now we'll have J.J. and less Aisha.

Will we get another shot of her new baby? Maybe with Henry?
A quote lifted from the article says: "Matthew Gray Gubler reveals that there’s another team member planning to take some time off from catching bad guys — and Gubler will be the one directing the exit episode."
If it's only two episodes, we'll all be fine. (I hope. ) Maybe Jane Lynch makes a surprise visit on the show as his mom again. Maybe she had some time to squeeze in before or between starting her own new series, and fit in a couple scenes with Reid. Especially if MGG was directing it. He could have coaxed her to do the episode, no matter how busy she is. He could have promised to shoot all her scenes any time she wanted.
