cricut mat question

does anyone know if Povocraft offered anything for the "bad" adhesive mats. I got 2 in the cricut asserories kit and have used one and after 5 sheets of cardstock no sticky.... my first one lasted WAAAYYYY longer that was package separately.

I see on the site that it said call if you had question about mat longevity but doesn't say anything else... you think they will replace them????

I've tried calling a few times. My Mat that came with the Big E stopped being sticky after the 7th page of paper. I've spent more than a half hour on hold each time I've called and still not reached anyone to ask about it.

I've called about bad mats once and emailed once. Both times I was sent a new 2-pack of mats!

The second time however, I had TWO bad packs of mats and they only set me one.

Oh well, beggars can't be choosers!

Did you buy cricut E at ACMoore?
Usually they are aware of problem products and just exchange them for you.
I know there was a bad batch of Xyron tape refills, I had to exchange like four of them. Never had a problem.

No, I got the Big E at Hobbly Lobby when they had 40% coupon mix up. I wouldn't feel right about bring the mat back after getting that awesome deal.

Regardless of the deal you got (that's how I got the baby bug, already had the E), I'd at least call Provo Craft and get them to rectify the situation if you didn't want to take it back to HL. If you can get through to an actual person, in most cases they're good about sending out mats.

I finally got through, 25 minutes on hold. They are sending me a new package.

I've had two packs of mats replaced. I called, told them them problem and they sent me new mats. No hassle whatsoever.
