Creme Brulee??!!

I'm drooling...can't wait to try the Kona creme brulee. I've been on a real banana kick lately so that one sounds the best to me. My favorite is no more, it was from Concourse Steakhouse. So light and creamy with the perfect amount of sugar on top...oh how I miss it.WPE express would be a close second.

Creme Brulee is my all time favorite dessert EVER! I try to find it wherever we travel.

I get the creme brulee at Chefs De France every time we go and it's never been anything but perfect! I love it...but it's just traditional, nothing fancy but so delicious...(I lived in Southern California for years and there was a tiny little French restaurant close by that was run by the most wonderful French chef...his was the best I had ever had...this is the second best...)

This time I'm going to try the pistachio though at Jiko as well...that just sounds too good to pass up!
:cutie:

Don't try to figure out which is the best. Everyone has different opinions.

I think the best approach is to do what my 14 yr old son does - if there is a Creme Brule on the menu -- ORDER IT.:rotfl:

Oh my gosh! Thanks for those pictures..I am getting sooo hungry right now and want it to be September right now!!!!

I really enjoyed the pistachio creme brule at Jiko. The thought of pistachio didn't appeal to me at first, but it was prob the best I had in some time. There's a pic in my May review. Happy dining!!! :goodvibes
The pistatchio one sounds the best to me! I loove pistachio anything and the chocolate with it sounds really good!! I don't think I am going there though :headache: wonder if I could just go for dessert?!

Okay, I once said I thought the Creme Brulee at WPExpress was better than the Butterscotch Creme Brulee at California Grill and someone got a little huffy, but I will risk it again and say--I think WPE is better!!!!

Although, it's pretty good at CG too. It wasn't on the menu last time we were there, though (May).

I am sorry but I new to this...what is WPExpress and where is it?

In agree with the Concourse steakhouse Creme Brulee, I miss the whole place. :sad1:

My second pick is Jiko. I am hoping the Pistachio Creme Brulee in the MK Desert party pics is the same one.

Love the creme brulee at Chef de France and Yachtsman. Fulton's has a wonderful milk chocolate creme brulee.

I do believe I've tried the creme brulee at every WDW restaurant and my favorite is on the one at Yachtsman Steakhouse.

Please excuse FlatSharon; she's my assistant whose husband will not travel so I always take her on vacation.

Sorry for the thread hijack, but that such a sweet gesture! Do you take pictures of FlatSharon all over the world? On other vacations? I want to see the pictures!

I am perfectly happy with the creme brulee from the Patisserie in France for $3.50. :)

That's my DH's approach too!

His fave last year was the pistachio one from Jiko, then Citrico's. We haven't been to Kona since the current brulee was on it but, yum, it sounds wonderful. I don't think CG had creme brulee when we were there. Chefs was not the best. He thought Le Cellier's was just ok.

The Milk Chocolate creme brulee at Fulton's is OUTSTANDING. I don't eat any kind of seafood, but go to Fulton's every year for dinner just so I can get it. :)

We returned on 6/25 and I'm sorry to say that most of the creme brulees we tried were so-so. Actually, most of the desserts we had everywhere seemed to be very bland. WPExpress was our favorite of them all. I think Disney is cutting back on the cost of dining by skimping on sugar. Forget where's the beef - Disney, where's the sugar????

Yes, FlatSharon's has been Paris and Disneyland Paris and then to the Bahamas on a DCL cruise. I even do scrapbooks to give to my assistant of her "vacation".

The Tropical Creme Brulee at Citricos was my favorite in 2007 (our last time at WDW), and the Pistachio one at Jiko was a very close second. Both were absolutely delicious!

At Wolfgang Puck Express, we were stuffed to the gills... then they brought out the crème brulée... I finished the whole thing. Sooooo good. The top is hard and crunchy where as the inside is light, smooth, and creamy. :thumbsup2

I just returned yesterday and had creme brulee at numerous restaurants. My absolute favorite was the pistacchio creme brulee from Tony's Town Square. It was sooooo good! I haven't seen it mentioned on this thread. It's worth a trip to Tony's just for that dessert!

Wolfgang puck express has the best!! It's perfect. The others always sit really heavy, imo.

YES!!:thumbsup2 That's my favorite too.

We have a Wolfgang Puck Express here too in my home town....I might just go get some creme brulee this afternoon!!
