Creative Memories Story Book Creator trial download problem.

I am trying to download the free trial version and keep getting a message saying download failed... Anyone else experience this problem? I tried a few times today and keep getting the same thing... I was excited to finally try this to see if I wanted to buy it

This weekend a few of us tried and failed at the trial download - so today I spoke with a nice gentleman at the CM support line about this very thing . Their number is (866) 440-2420. He mentioned that as of this morning he had not seen any emails regarding the problem. He asked if anyone can copy the error message and call with the message, and that way they will certainly try to rectify it.

I called CM and you have to go to the page I'm linking and download some free pages. The trial download doesn't include thse. Once I loaded this it was very easy. You hvae to scroll down a little
