anyone having problems getting points for shopping through 00inkjets? ive purchased many times through CR and the last 2 purchases apparently dont appear in the merchant reports. this has happened also..now with sears, ebay and the disney store. i have never had a problem before and ive been doing CR since the beginning of the site. now all of a sudden problems??? whats the deal??? i feel im getting screwed. just wondering if its just me???

I have actually had a lot of problems recently with their emails. It used to be that I would do the paid emails and get my 50,75 points right away. Then it started that it would take a week or two and I would get a bunch of points all at once, and then I stopped getting credit for them completely.

I have only just started having these problems within the last 2 months or so. Although I have not shopped with them recently, I have definitely seen a drop in the quality of their site!!!

i dont do the emails, because i dont want to be bombarded with junk mail but anytime i purchase online, i only go through CR. but with all the problems recently, i think i'm gonna start shopping through mypoints or something. how do i really know for sure that theyre not getting paid?? or maybe the merchants are lying to them so they dont have to payout . wonder how this could be investigated? i'll have to research more i dont liked to be toyed with scammers really piss me off

Most of the times the merchants don't lie. What we do at QR for our members if something does not show up is email/call them and bug them until they fix this missing order or tell us exactly why they not paying for it. I don't know if CR does this or not.

they claim their investigating the 00inkjets (40 points per $) i have 1 back in november for $60 something and just made another purchase last week for the same. i really like CR , like i said before i've been with them since they first appeared but its been recent that ive been having problems. i'll get paid for some from ebay, sears and disney, then others they claim that its not in the reports i dont get it...i clear my cookies and only go through their site. somethings not right

I've been having some problems with ebay recently and understand that Mypoints has been as well. Disney had not answered any of my trouble inquiries for about 6 months and then all of a sudden answered six months of them in the last month.

I'm not sure what to think about how Sears credits yet. I don't think that I have had any members report not getting credits automatically. But I can tell you that I myself bought a rug cleaner from them recently and did not get credit. And I KNOW that I clicked on the Sunshine Rewards link. LOL!!

Is there a possibility that you have any spyware or adware installed on your computer? Have you downloaded from Screensavers.com or downloaded any Smileys or Cursors or anything like that lately. If you have, check them out at www.siteadvisor.com to see if they might be overwriting your cookies. That would keep CR from getting the credits for you.

nope dont have anything like that installed or downloaded since ive been having problems..i have checked out your site more now in fact i just made 2 purchases through newegg

I clicked thru the CR Link to sign up with People PC
I never received my 5000 Points after several e-mails to CR
They did reply they would check each time I e-mailed then I would never here anything so I'd e-mail again
Now 3 months later still no points
Their last e-mail said they would check again one more time but again never let me know
I called People PC and they told me it showed I should have been credited
I decided to just cancel People PC and not to do any more CR Offers once I cash out.
