Cream cheese pretzel

Is there any place on property that has this wonderful treat besides Tomorrow Land in Magic Kingdom? There was a pretzel cart outside Land in Epcot but it only had regular pretzels last time I checked.

They cleared them all out last year and I believe they have only reappeared at the Lunching Pad. They used to have them in the Animal Kingdom and Epcot (I think in the America Pavilion) but I don't think they are back yet
