Kevin was returning Chris' call and to answer a question Chris left on Kevin's voicemail.

Kevin is not part of some weird iPhone Welcome Wagon.

He is not informed by Apple when a Diser buys an iPhone.

If you purchase an iPhone, Kevin is very happy for you, but please do not expect a congratulatory call.
