Just back from taking Jacob to see Wolverine for his birthday. May I just say that Hugh Jackman is HOT!!

I've been thinking about them all morning. I would love to see their faces too. I have several pictures of my two at port before boarding. They are some of my favorite pictures.

Sandy, things are going OK.

We are dealing with day by day. I found out Saturday that Mac walked out with Shawn to the school bus on Firday. Although E is in middle school the MS and the High School are next to one another so they share busing. Erik told me they walked out "close together". She swears they were not together but I do not know anymore. All i do know is I can not allow them to be together. It is not good for her.

Marcie, I was thinking about your trip. What day do you leave? I bet you are excited.

Selena, yes, I have heard from Heidi. Everything is going good. They purchased an upgrade and have a veranda so she has relaxed about not having a split bathroom. They met Chris's family yesterday in Key West and got to tour a few childhood memories. The girls won't leave their sides on the ship. Amanda's sprained foot is getting better....thankfully. Age sure helps heal wounds!

I can't believe all the rain we had on Saturday in Monument. Then last night we had so much here at the house. I am seriously thinking about getting out our sailboat and canoe. Jrsy, Cristi, do you need a lift?

I don't think we had rain on Saturday night, but it was coming down last night! I also needed my umbrella this morning, but I'm seeing blue sky now.

Roxborough is the Mother's Day tradition, but we're going to try a couple of new trails when Alex is away next week. This was the same trail we did on my birthday when we had to contend with the snow. No snow this time; not even any mud. It took us about an hour to do the three miles, but I'd have to check what the elevation gain was to the top of the ridge.

It's raining, it's pouring... We might need to get a canoe too.

I am off today! This is actually the only day this week that I don't have to go in to work at all. I worked all of last weekend, yesterday, will work tomorrow, then a couple of hours on Thurs, til noon on Friday and I work on Saturday again. I will be glad when vacation gets here.

Cristi, don't go out and buy a boat. We have two for just Ted and I. You can take your pick of a sailboat or a canoe.

You would have to teach me how to sail, I have never done that before. Rachel went to a party over the weekend at Chatfield and they had a speed boat and took the girls out. Now she wants a boat too.

Heard from Heidi. Here is a part of her email:

Hi mommy, just leaving Grand Cayman. Had fun with the jet skiis, carried Emily on my back the entire time on sting ray city. Those things are huge and scary. If they think you have food, they will climb up your back from the water, it is so creepy. They are very slimy. Amanda didn't even get off the jet ski she sat there crying and was too scared! That's about it for here, girls didn't want to do much shopping. Tonight is Lumier's. Managed to fry my shoulders and back in Key West and now it just plain hurts since Emily spent most of the day on my back! Tomorrow is Cozumel and we will be going horseback riding. What is the name of the Tequilla that Chris liked so well and what is the name of the ones we liked? WE are tired, had to wake up at 6:00am today to make the excursion. LOVE my waterproof camera, wish I could have spent more time getting pictures of the stingrays, but I couldn't keep Emily down off me enough to get pictures from down in the water!


Have only ate in the dining room once this trip, this will be our second time! Not much new on the ship. Love the new TV's.

Hey everyone! I leave on Saturday. I have about half my clothes to pack but I still have to get Aerial and Marci to start packing. We are getting excited. Yesterday I got my hair highlighted and Aerial got a new do and color. It's shoulder length and very cute on her. My life has been SOOOOO crazy since April. I am so ready to be gone and relax, but right now I can't even find time to get a pedicure before I leave. I am going to try for Friday night. I'll be home for 5 days in between Disney and Vegas so last Saturday I spent the day shopping for Vegas. In the midst of all of this I have been trying to date someone. When the new TV I bought in December was broke he was the guy who came out to fix it. I ran into him the other day and he said that he really was interested in me the day he came out there. So, I dunno, it was funny. I didn't even have to tell him where I lived on our first date. So, he's coming over tonight and I'll probably see him at least once more, not sure I expect him to be still dating me in July when all my trips are over. We'll see. I have a blackberry now, and put the dis in my bookmarks so I'll check in occasionally while I'm gone. 2 more work days!!!
