Hi Selena, pretty much each item is a different brand. For instance shampoo is a Suave brand and conditioner is another brand. I had a heck of a time finding Ivory liqui-gel hand soap. Stacey just found it tonight at Safeway. What we can't find except online are Avant Hand Sanitizer. and Dove Advanced Therapy Conditioner. The reason he has to have certain items is because believe it or not those kind of products have carbs and he is very limited on his carbs. They do indeed like crafts. I will have to check out Michaels. Thanks! You are too kind for your goody packages. Thanks! He just had blood taken and Children's Hospital gave him a 24 piece puzzle. He is really into that. Bless his heart, he couldn't sit up this weekend without us there to stabilize him but by golly he was going to do his puzzle.

I actually use that conidtioner. I mainly use a Gariner deep conditioner when I wash my hair. You leave it in for 3 minutes and then wash out. I normally leave it in for my entire shower but if I feel my hair is getting oily I will use the Dove. I have heard of the Avant but never looked for it. Actually I think the radio station I listen to has mentioned it before.

Bless his poor little heart. He is one little trooper though.

We were a bit overly ambitious, but if Tammy claims I tried to kill her she is exaggerating...a little bit. We found way more snow on the trail than we were expecting and didn't make our destination because the snow slowed us down too much. The weather varied from blue skies and sun to rain, hail and even some snow. It was definitely an adventure.

Jrsy, we ran into snow at Pikes Peak on Friday and lots of it. It was so high that the bldg at the summit was hidden. We loved it. Sorry it spoiled your walk. The weather certainly was crazy!

Selena, I have found all different kinds of Dove but NOT the Advanced Therapy. That's how crazy it is. It has to be exact.

I was wrong. I use Instense Damage Therapy. It is in a blue bottle. I use it because it is suppose to be good for flat iron users.

I am on the Dove site right now and I donot see and advance therapy that is not for color treated. Is that the one?

Selena, I found that interesting about the Dove for flat iron users. Guess I will have to go get it. We found the dove andvanced therapy on drugstore.com along with the hand sanitizer brand called Avant. It is not the color therapy one unfortunately. You are way too kind to be looking. Thanks!

Hey Monkeys! Tammy threw an idea at me a few weeks back regarding Alex's birthday falling on a Saturday this year and what would make a great present. As of today, we have started booking another visit to Disneyland and will take advantage of the "What Will You Celebrate?" promotion by being there on his birthday. We're planning to keep it a secret for as long as we can and surprising him with it after it is all planned. I got the Entertainment Book rate at Hojos for $69/night (except Saturday) for a Deluxe room and discovered that I could get 3-day park hoppers through one of our corporate benefit sites for $167 each where the cheapest I could find anywhere else were $179. Now I just need a low airfare during the next credit card billing cycle.

I'm sitting outside at akv relaxing, today was our move and pool day. It's been nice to rejuvinate. Friday I'm going to check out the DVC. Not sure if I want to do it or not bu their promotion right now is a 4 night cruise for 4 for anyone signing up. So I am interested enough to look into it. Anyone have any opinions on it? It also helps that u can use it every where including vegas and europe.

Hi Marcie, sounds like you are having a nice time. We have some friends that absolutely LOVE the DVC. Ted and I took the cost and tried to figure out IF it is a good deal and to us it isn't. Get one of the pamphlets and use those figures. It just didn't make sense to us. We didn't think we would get our investment out of it. The deal sounds great. Do you get that just for going to a presentation or do you have to buy in?

Jrsy what a great thing to do for Alex's birthday.

Mac mentioned it to us but her birthday is in April. April and the way things were at that time was not good. Plus since she had the cruise taken from her I did not think it was right to take her on a vacation.

Has anyone been to Atlantis? Mac really wants to go there for our cruise in August. I do not see sending that much money. She has mentioned it for several years and then when we went to the dentist earlier in the week our dentist mentioned it to her and told her we should do it.

I ws thinking of going to the Wyndham. You can do a day pass there for $40. It doesn't include drinks but I thought that she might enjoy it and still stay within my budget.

My internet at work was down all yesterday afternoon. Plus I had a migraine. It was horrible working. I feel a bit better today but I have what I can the headache hangover. lol

Sandy I have had that conditioner for almost a year since I rarely use it. I like another brand better and use their heat version of the shampoo. I think I posted the name a few weeks ago. I am going to buy the coniditioner formula but I hate to do it when I have so much of the Dove left. When I bought it they had one of the bottles that was 50% more. I would give it to Mac but she has 3 bottles of conditioner in her shower. She never uses it and you can tell it by looking at her hair. Why do teenagers not listen to their parents???

Yes and that is the way I am looking at doing it. It would still be a trip that would cost us $225 for the room to have the usage of Atlantis and then you have to purchase all your food and beverages. I have heard water is like $5 a bottle. YIKES!! I drink a ton of water. I would not drink adult beverages there just because I am the only adult with my child. I would not want to have anything happen. I will not drink while at port regardless of what we decide to do. I am looking at atleast $300 for just one day. I am attempting to talk her into other things.

Good morning! Back home again, got home last night around 9:00pm! Have an appointment today at 10:00 and we get to go pick up our dog from my parents!!!! Came home exhausted and sick. I wanted to go see Joey and Tyler tomorrow, but now I probably can't since I have a cold, I am so bummed.

We had graduation tonight. It is the last big thing we have to go to. I am fortunate though, I only have graduation that I am required to attend. Tomorrow is the after party. Woo I am making White Cosmos. I also bought some of the sweet tea vodka. Not sure I am taking it though.
