 Oh man, what a day! It started out wonderful thanks to Heidi but because I made a typo on airline reservations it turned out to be a nightmare. I left out an r in my husband's last name. I pray that our plane tickets will turn out ok and we will be charged the correct amounts. Sheez, my face is so hot I feel like I am going to explode. It is all due to nerves. Now we have two different reservations on American Airlines, one each.

Selena, I have been thinking about you all day. :cool1: Tomorrow is your big day. Have a terrific time. You will be missed.

Karen, our little diverse drinker.... :lmao: You are just too funny. Yes, get out that trip report. That would make my day!!

I got our quote from Dreams on the Med cruise. I just don't think we will go. Come on....the price of the cruise AND the airfare. Well, let's just say. NO! I feel bad though cuz our TA was up at 4:00am :surfweb: :listen: to get ready for us. We were number one for her but she had 40 more quotes after us. Can you imagine doing all that work and then people like us :guilty: don't take it. Then on top of that she still had to make ressies for the WDW people who want the free dining. At least I did that myself! I told her that I would change my ressies over to her to make up for what she did this morning.

Jrsy and Cristi, you guys are talking Greek as far as I am concerned!! :confused3

Lulu, I say stay where you planned and forget the free dining!!

:wave2: BYE SELENA, HAVE A GREAT TRIP!!!! We will miss you. Take good care of Cosmo. :cool1:

Still no post from Selena??? Gosh, you would think that she is busy or something. :lmao:

Well anyway,

:mickeyjum
BYE SELENA ! HAVE A WONDERFUL TRIP!

Is that the one on Broadway? That is where he does all of his shopping. He doesn't have anything going right now, but there were times last summer when he had two kegs going at once. He did a really good wheat beer last summer.
That's the place. I could walk up there if I wasn't so lazy. Plus, since I am still an extract brewer, that is a lot of extra weight to carry home. I have been brewing for about eight years, but haven't gotten into kegging yet; I like to be able to hand out bottles to my friends.

I'll bet this post didn't clear things up a bit!

He got into all grain brewing a year or two ago. Kegs are way easy and he still can bottle a few to hand out to friends. I hated washing all of the bottles. You should see the system he has set up.

[SIZE=7]Love you all

Cosmo, Sammy, Jeff and me are out of here.

I can just feel the excitement that Selena is experiencing!!!!!! Have lots of fun!!!

Good morning everyone!!! What a good day to read a trip report. Hint hint Karen. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Seriously, I would love to hear about the spa. I'm trying to decide what to book. I get to book my excursions in a month. :Pinkbounc

Heidi, that sounds like a nice long vacation.

Good ole Cosmo is one lucky monkey. He's on his 2nd cruise already.

But with kegs, don't you need a place to keep one refrigerated once you tap it until it is finished?

Oh yes, but we have a whole fridge dedicated for that in the basement. He even has it set to a warmer temp so that the beer is at optimum serving temperature.

Heidi, Did you ever get the sharpie out of your couch?

Yes for the most part, I actually did with the product called Lift Off #3. It is really really really faint now. I only notice it because I know where it is!! I learned that Oxy clean actually did "stain" my couch, but thats okay. With the fabric you barely notice it!!!

Hi guys!!! OK... I thought I would go ahead and send the next part. Sorry I am so slow!!! I have an open house I am doing on Sat, brakes and doctors records, cleaning, packing, computer class for my DD, along with everything else and work. I figured I better send this out now. Some of you will also get it at your personal email also.... for sure Selena, so she has it when she comes home.

Trip Report 4

Day at Sea

Well, I got my very early morning wake up call from Mickey and asked Doug if he wanted to go see the sunrise with me, but he was too tired, so I grabbed my coffee and went upstairs alone. I sat on the top deck and finally realized I needed to be on the other side of the ship!!! Duh!!! But I did it right in the nick of time. I got to relax and watch the sun slowly appear as we traveled on out through western Caribbean waters. I drank my coffee and realized just how lucky, no, blessed I am.

After the sun rose, I returned back to the room and got Evan and Amittaia and Amber and Valencia as no one else wanted to go to the character breakfast. We needed to go to Parrot Cay (Deck 3) at 8:15. I did not see too many smiles but also I did not hear any complaints, as even though we all were tired, we were very excited to see the characters. Finally, they came dancing out to greet us!!! Chip and Dale, Goofy, Pluto, Mickey and Minnie… it was great!!!! Even though we were way in the back, each character came over to us and took pictures with us and I, luckily, brought the autograph book that each of them signed! J

As we chased for more characters after, I remembered Amber and I had a spa treatment booked!!!! How could I forget? We had a body wrap with a half body massage booked at the Vista Spa (Deck 9). I added on the facial and Amber added on the stone massage. It was just heavenly.

The afternoon came around and I mentioned the Golden Mickey’s show (like a miniature Broadway show) was going on in the Walt Disney Theater (Deck4). I thought it would be a good idea to go to the early show because I thought the evening one would be much more crowded. So Doug and I went and got Valencia and it was really nice because Amber met up with us. We LOVED it!! I had wished everyone had gotten to see it. It really was spectacular and we got to see some of the characters again. Watching this show made you feel like a kid again... it was almost real and emotional like I am, I just could not stop a couple of tears from trickling… I was not alone… Amber was in the same boat!!! There is just something about this ship!!!

Afterwards, we tried catching up with everyone and saw that Heidi was feeling 100% better and that was real good because she had us worried. Her and Larry had hit the art auction and had a lot of fun doing that. The kids were once again off to their things and Doug had gone to eat lunch. Valencia was now with her friends. Later on, Amber, Heidi and I met up and did another round of BINGO once again, without winning. L

In the evening it was the formal night and we really had to get dressed early if we wanted pictures and to make it to dinner on time. I must say that everyone looked fantastic!!!! We all went and had our pictures taken around the Mickey Statue in the Atrium. My family was dressed in Mickey colors, red, black and white; keeping in mind this was going to be our Christmas card picture. Valencia had on her Minnie Mouse dress and she matched us and added that Disney Magic to the photograph. By the way, we DID chase Minnie Mouse down as she was just leaving a photo shoot. We missed the shoot but caught up with her. I honestly think she was trying to get away, but once she saw Valencia in her Minnie Mouse dress, with her stuffed Minnie Mouse, she HAD to stop.

They were giving out complimentary drinks in the Atrium. Doug like the Mai Tai and I had the “Cosmo”politan, but liked the Mai Tai much better. The line moved very quickly for the pictures and I really think it was because we were at the beginning of the line. After pictures, we went to have dinner at Animators Palate again. They did not do the color show tonight but it still was fun. After that, Doug and I took the baby and hunted down characters, and then after we went to see “Chronicles of Narnia” with Valencia. I fell asleep for about 15 minutes in the beginning of the movie, but after I caught those few “zzz’s” I was fine. Come to find out, while we were at the Golden Mickey’s earlier, Amittaia and Tenisa were at the movies watching Valiant. Evan started to watch the movie but decided to meet up with some of his friends instead. After the movie was over, we went back to the room and went to bed and the kids were told they had to come in early because tomorrow was a BIG day!

I ordered room service for coffee in the morning, another cheese platter that night and put in for my two-morning wake up calls!!!!

Yahoo, Karen posted another trip report! :cool1: Oh my goodness, you made me laugh. :rotfl2: The sunrise and being on the wrong side of the ship is something that I would have done! Don't feel bad, Heidi and I still have a tear or two that trickle after Disney Dreams and the other stage productions. Remember the Magic is another one that can set me off. I can't wait to see your pictures of the formal night in front of the Mickey statue. The way everyone was color coordinated had to have made a great picture. And besides that it is a good looking family!!

Has anyone ever eaten at Marrakesh in Epcot? We are wanting to try different restaurants with this free dining and thought that would be a place we typically wouldn't try. Any feedback would be appreciated!!

Wow good to get to work and read another trip report from Karen!!!! It's nice being able to live through her trip reports, it help me get through until September.

Last night I went to my sister's house to help her with bath night (not sure how much I helped!!!!) but didn't get to watch Amazing Race again so who got eliminated???? Anything exciting happen?

Had a lot of fun last night. I bought them a tug boat that had fishes and a captain and other little bath toys. It was fun to watch them play with it in the bath. Spent the night at her house and had a lot of fun.

Heidi, I will tell you who got eliminated if you want but I did tivo it just for you. I also tivoed AI for you as well. Did you watch it?

I am like you Heidi, I am living the cruises through the trip reports. Keep em coming.

Hi everyone!!! I got a glimpse at the light at the end of the tunnel yesterday. Won't be long now and I will be through with overtime!!!!  We did sell our jet ski this week. Put a little bit of the money towards the trip and my DH has bought all kinds of racing stuff. He's in heaven. :rotfl2:

Did anyone know Selena's ports? I have no idea what she is doing. I can't wait to read her trip report.

We are thinking about doing the 12 metre regatta in St. Maarten. And, we really want to do the fishing in CC but I know it's very hard to get so I will be up to try for it.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!!

I think Selena is going to Key West and Cozumel??? It is raining here and cold, I bet she is laying at the beach in the sun with a nice tropical drink by her side.
