Marcie, I have always wanted to do a regatta as an excursion. DH doesn't think it will be all that fun because he loves to sail and he doesn't think he will have enough hands on. Have you ever been? Can't wait for a trip report from you if you go. Money towards the trip is always good. That way you can have more souvenir money. lol

Ok, is anyone familiar with Kona Cafe, Cape May Clam Bake, OHana's, Boma or CA Grill? We are trying to plan our table service restaurants so we can get priority seatings. So far I want LeCellier, Alfredo's, and thinking of Marrakesh. I thought it would be fun to go to Whispering Canyon with Heidi and Chris since they have never been.

I went to 'Ohana and Cape May but only for breakfast. 'Ohana was my favorite breakfast. The Mickey Waffles were soooo good. I will be going to 'Ohana for dinner in August. That was the dinner we had to miss last year when I got sick. We ate at LeCellier and it was good, but then we ate at the Brown Derby and it seemed like it was almost the same menu. I was sick of filet mignon. 'Ohana breakfast and Whispering Canyon dinner were my 2 favs of the trip.

I've been on a friends sail boat before, but I just soaked up the sun. This will be a first for me on the regatta. What did y'all do in St. Maarten & St. Thomas. I want to do the regatta and then explore St. Maarten. Not sure about doing an island tour or just finding a taxi driver to give us a tour. In St.John we want to do the morning Nauticus snorkeling. It's over around noon so then explore St. Thomas. Again, not sure how, either by an island tour or grab a taxi. Any suggestions?

Marcie, in St. Martin we just took the water taxi over to great bay beach and spent the day. We had a good time because we had met up with another diser and her family and spent the day with them. On St. Thomas we did the Doubloon which was REALLY fun!!!!

Sandy, I was thinking about you yesterday. We got one of those coupon books in the mail and there is a coupon for Armadillos in there. We should get together and meet up there.

Marcie, we only explored the islands on our own and went to beaches. This time in St Thomas I am tempted to go over to St John for snorkeling. I will have to talk to my other dd about which snorkeling they did on St. John.

Heidi and dh, Ted, are up skiing again today. It is beautiful down here and heard that it will be warm in the mtns as well. I bet they come home with sunburns. I am at home playing on the computer. Trying to decide transp this time. Normally we just rent a car but wondering if we can get by a little cheaper with Tiffany Towncar. We really only need to transp to the port from ASMo. Then again, Ted needs his pepsi since Disney is coke and I am sure that Magical Express doesn't have grocery stops. lol That pepsi stop kills us everytime. Anyone know if we could actually ship Pepsi to the port? I have shipped numerous packages to the port but never thought that Pepsi would survive. I can see it exploding. On the PC, I saw someone shipped water. I wonder if there are any grocery stores that would do that for me. Maybe Shirley at the Perfect gift. Ideas anyone?

I only have a minute, I am at work. But, that is the main reason we used and will use Shirley again. To get our drinks on the ship. Our drink of choice is Dr. Pepper for Aerial & Diet Dr. Pepper for me. So, I ordered that and she gave us a bunch of them. They lasted the whole cruise.

Works for me, with enough notice of course. Just don't try to plan it for May 5.

I even have a shirt that says "I'm a Pepper". LOL. I am about to leave work, finally. I've been here since before 7 a.m. Almost done. I am going take a nap (thinking of having a drink first) and then we are going eat in Kemah (close to Galveston, right on the water). I can NOT wait for a whole weekend off again.

Well I didn't ask her about a case. I really don't know. We got her to do baskets but the main thing I wanted was drinks. We really didn't get a lot of snacks. I got some bubbles and glow necklaces too. I am really going to get them again, this time I think I will get a large sand bucket with mostly drinks again. Probably still get the bubbles and glow necklaces too.

Yes! That's the place. There are a bunch of festival type games on the boardwalk a ferris wheel and a couple of other rides. About 6 restaurants on the boardwalk, usually you can find a band or two playing around the area. We had fun last night. We usually go there once a month or two. It's about 1 1/2 hours from my house. Oh and of course they have a starbucks too, that was our last stop. I got a Vanilla Latte. Yummm.

Well, I hope everyone had a great weekend. I have been thinking about Selena... I am SURE she did!!!
I had an Open House this weekend and I did it on my own. I got 2 very interested people.... both sets were related.... mom and dad and son and wife to be. The son is working on paper to get financed, so cross your fingers. They are WONDERFUL people that love turtles and squirrels (she is going to school to be a vet assistant) and it would be SO much easier leaving this house knowing the people are nice and will take care of the neighborhood animals.
The other night, I accidentally flooded my pond and a turtle got out. The kids text me at work and I lost it... crying atr my desk and everything. That was the icing on the cake for me. We never found it and the other turtle looks like he is looking for his buddy. Even the guy who was interested in the house was helping me look for it.Last night we got a heavy thunderstorm and so I think my chances are very slim of having "Otis" come back to us. Our yard is pretty much fenced in, but.... I am not seeing us find him.
Aside from that, since the Open House seemed at least successful for the day... I am feeling pretty good and if it is meant to be, it will sell to these lovely people.
I am thinking I better get another quick trip report out before Selena comes back!!!! I want her to have her time sharing w/ steeling her sunshine. So, maybe when I get home from work I will post another.

I had a great weekend. Went skiing for the last time this season in great conditions. We were skiing in 9 inches of powder which makes for a perfect skiing day. It was blue sky, warm and tons of powder!!!! Then Saturday night I went out with my friend and her cousin Downtown. My friend was calling it her divorce party because we kept seeing all these bachelorette parties. We had fun, we finally went to Coyote Ugly but it wasn't as great as I thought it would be, it was funny watching my friend's cousin fall off the bar!!!! We then hung out at Sports column and Lodos. After the bars closed, we stopped at Del Taco at about 2:30am to get some yummy quesadillas. We weren't the only ones thinking about doing that. There was 10 cars in front of us at the drive-thru plus a lot more behind me!!! Didn't know they were so popular that late (or early)!!!

Sunday I enjoyed the warm weather, almost 80 degrees and watched a movie my mom rented. I loved yesterday's weather!!!!!

Heidi... what movie did you rent? I watched Matthew McConaughay (sp) in Two For the Money. OMG!!! He is beautiful. Has anyone seen this?!!! Wait until you see his pecs!!!! OMG!!! I just go speechless over him. Yummy.... yummy yummy yummy!

Then I tried to watch Memoirs of a Geisha and that was good but I had to go to work so I really need to watch it again.
