Wait until next time you have an out of town business trip. You'll come home to find that Chris has unlocked everything for his character, but hasn't slept at all.
No, that would be me on Mario Kart. :lmao: His would be the stupid shoot em up game he has! (It's World of War or something like that)

Hey guys! I want to get in on the Wii challenge. :) I used to be pretty good at the billiards, but I haven't played that one in many months so Jrsy could probably beat me. Jacob is the reigning bowling champ around here. He throws it really hard. I had to get him to calm down with it. I thought he was going to throw his shoulder out of socket.

Alex found a shortcut on the Daisy Circuit yesterday. Maybe you already know about where you can go up the stairs and get a couple of boosts on the way?

Heidi look for a reply

I have to say when I was wii Bowling I could throw a strike 90% off the time.

Ok Selena, I think you could beat me at bowling! I did all strikes but a spare or two only once. Since then I am not doing as good.

Cristi, Jacob sounds like our friend that bowled over the weekend. She said her arm was hurting her after 2 games.

Hi to everyone.

This was a year ago. lol You would probably beat me if we played. For me it is all in where I throw the ball. I learned my place, how much strength to put into my throw and to keep my arm and hand straight.

I have an adversion to game playing. lol It is because I normally stink at every game I place. I was always the smallest kid in school and the youngest. I was this little bitty tiny thing that did not weigh much and was always the last one picked for any game. lol I was the kid when it was their turn to go up to kick the ball in kick ball that kicked air as the ball wheezed on by me. :lmao: Seriously I was. This damages a person :confused3 Thus the reason why I do not like to play any game. ;)

Good afternoon! Chris is driving the girls back home and I am starting laundry. We had a fun weekend. My parents and us all went to the zoo and spent all day there and then we went to Chili's for dinner and had a game night at my parents house. Today was a lazy day and we all hung around the house.

Heidi it sounds like you guys had a great weekend.

Friday, Erik went to his GP's to spend the night. Mac and I did the grocery shopping. Then Mac, Jeff and I went to the movies. After we went for Starbucks. Tall nonfat no whip decaf white chocolate mocha is 5 pts but I split it and had half Saturday. Went to bed with a start of a cold.

Saturday woke up and went to have our toes painted. Still have the cold. Came home and went to sleep. Woke up and Jeff and I had to go hunt down a new set of gas logs. We also had lunch then I came back home to nap but Jeff had to run back out and my dad called and the kids were fighting. My dad came down and I did not rest much. Pretty crappy day over all for a sickly person.

Today Jeff went to McDonald's and bought me coffee. I am addicted to their coffee. Not speciality just their normal coffee. We had breakfast and ran to Walmart and Gamestop. Came home with subway for lunch. 5 point sub for lunch. Then I sat around the rest of the day. Well did a few chores. Cleaned the guest room and brought down my luggage and packed most of my stuff.

Which brings up what I have packed...clothes only

5 bathing suits
dressy black capris
cotton black capris
5 dressy tops
2 VS dresses that can be worn to dinner or as a beach cover
2 more dresses
beach cover up
5 tshirts
3 shorts, tan, white and jeans
pair of black patent heel sandals thong style without back strap
blue jacket

I still have to pack flip flops, undies and jammies. I might throw in some water shoes.

This is for a week. I am trying so hard to pack light.

thanks Selena for the link! I was the last kid to be picked as well. Why would anyone choose someone that is forbidden to run? I hate that way of choosing to this day. Even on Survivor!

I tried the buffalo meatloaf tonight. I have to say it was better than I thought. I didn't add the cheese and it needed much more buffalo sauce. The veggies in it was quite good!

Selena - I hope you can fight off your sickness before it gets too bad, doesn't sound like you got the rest you needed. By that list, it sounds like you are packing light! I try and pack light and it never happens! Chris always teases me that I don't need to bring as many swimsuits as I do, but then I explain to him that is the thing that takes the least amount of space!

Sandy, Forbidden to run???

Heidi, I am so trying to pack light. I even brought down my super lightweight luggage that had the largest suitcase destroyed by Southwest Airlines a few years ago. It is the medium size bag that I will be using. It looks large until you open the sucker, then it appears so tiny. I am going to take the 22X9X14 or what or how ever you put that as my carryon. I am going to put one bathing suit, my hairdryer, straightener and one outfit in there. Oh and my toileteries and medicine in there. Now Jeff is larger than I am and of course his clothes are heavier. He will take a large piece of luggage that has the garmet bag included into the suitcase. 2 of my dresses will go in there. I really think we are going to make this work.

When going thru my vacation closet I noticed the things I was pulling out all had a theme that could go with black. That is why I am going to take 2 pairs of black capris. One is dressy and one is casual. This helps a lot in cutting out on clothes. I am only taking one pair of black shoes to go with all of my clothes for dinner.

I figure during the day I will be in a swim suit, thus the 5 bthing suits. Oh I did plan on borrowing (back) my black bikini to take so that will be 6 bathing suits. I will throw the black one in my carryon. If I am not in a bathing suit I will be in shorts and a tshirt. I really do not need 3 pairs of shorts but the tan and white pair are very lightweight so that will give me options. Of course you have to take jean shorts.

Now I plan on wearing jeans, tshirt and tennis shoes. I may or may not take my jacket in my packing list with me. If I have room in the luggage I will not take it with me. This way my real heavy clothes will be on me and save me some weight in the luggage. I really hate that USAir charges for the first bag. The only out of country they do not charge is for Europe now. So I have figured in 2 bags at $15 a pop. Then the Domican makes you buy a "tourist card" for $10 US upon arrival and a $20US leaving tax as you leave. Plus I just read that the tourist card may be $15 by the time we go.

Excursion there are not cheap at all. Nor are massages. One 55 minutes massage is $85. Most islands have massages cheaper than that. I can get a hour massage at a really nice spa less that a mile from my house for $45. I am really unsure how much we will be doing. I had wanted to do a couples massage but not at cruise ship prices. Of course we might get there and are bored out of our minds and spend a lot of money but I am thinking $170 for 55 minutes is not a good value. Heck we will still be bored afterwards. lol Ok I am rambling.....now if it is raining I am sure the $180 will be spent quickly. If you pay for a massage it gives you access to the spa which includes indoor hottubs and pool. However, since paying for the super inclusive we are suppose to get access free.

I am pretty sure I am going to buy a new hair dryer. I love mine but it is very heavy. I found an Icon travel size at Walmart. I think I will pick it up in the next couple of weeks and give it a try prior to going on the vacation.

Selena - I am so glad that we are able to fly Southwest for our cruise. I couldn't imagine having to pay for luggage for us as well as the girls. Sounds like you have it well planned out and everything should work well. I have a small travel hair dryer that has high watts that works great. I think I actually got it at Walmart too! It is very light and compact. Everything sounds expensive there, I think Costa Rica is like that too. Kind of hard to pay for massages at that price when you know you can get it much cheaper at other destinations. Chris and I did two couple massages on our Honeymoon, but that was a special treat for our honeymoon. We will never pay that price again! We have a massage therapist that comes to our house for Chris, she charge $50 for an hour.......plus she does it at our house!

Well we have a new home. It looks okay, we will have to make it homie. Glad you got your tickets Heidi and that Sandy is having fun!!!

I had a date for the superbowl. I met his parents and his brother and his wife. They were very nice and I had fun. I hope we go out again, I could like him.

OT: ImMarcik, is that you in the pic with the sunglasses? Everytime I see that picture I think its a mom of one of my sons friends. It/you could totally be her!

Ok. Back to topic.

That's me at Disney World in 2007.

Tonight I am doing my 25 minute straight run. 8 more months until Disney and the 13k. My friend Jeri bought a treadmill and is going to start training for a 5k. We are going to do some together. :goodvibes

Great Job Marcie! It will be fun to have someone else to train with. Are you doing okay with work? Only a few more months of this madness!

At first it was horrible. I was working on this big project, my boss told me to make it top priority and things were piling up in my office. It took about 3 weeks. Now, that I've been done with that a week or two, I am starting to let go of a bit of that stress. I've been going to bed early as often as possible. I did go out Saturday, but it didn't get me too bad. I also took Aerial and Marci to Mardi Gras yesterday.
