Quiet here lately.

Heard from Heidi. They are on the ship. Chris was able to book Palo brunch. They were booked at a table with several people so Heidi changed dinner from early to late in order to have a table to themselves. They got what they wanted and are terribly excited.

You sound lonely, Sandy. It sounds like Heidi and Chris are all set with their brunch and table for two. They are going to have so much fun.

Brad had to take Rachel to the emergency dentist yesterday ( I was working). She has been having this sore gum for a few days. At first she was going to wait until Monday to go to the dentist, but then I got worried that maybe something was infected so I got him to take her. Well, one of her wisdom teeth is coming in and it is infected. They gave her some antibiotics. She needs to get it taken out soon. I will be calling our regular dentist first thing tomorrow to see if they want to see her or if we just need to go straight to the oral surgeon. She looks a little better today, but she still can't really chew much. Poor kid.

Ouch, poor Rachel. Wisdom teeth are never easy but the poor girl has it really bad having an infection, too. Hugs to her.

Ya, I am lonely but getting in better spirits now. If I can't talk to her then it will be easier. Man, I am way too close to my kids!

Forgot to tell you guys that Cosmo didn't fit in her luggage so I am babysitting him.

Sandy, I am glad you have Cosmo to keep you company.

We ended up going to our regular dentist today. They said that yes, her wisdom tooth is back there on the xray, but that is not what is causing the problem. It doesn't need to come out for awhile yet. Part of her gum back there needs to be removed and contoured. We have an appointment on Friday with an oral surgeon so he can take a look.

I agree that sounds yucky. I hate this for Rachel. Poor kid is in pain and now she knows all this stuff.

We have an awesome dentist. He is not on our plan and we pay a lot to go to him but it is worth it. I have always been terrified of the dentist so it was always important for me to not have my children feel the way I feel. Erik asked me the other week when he had to have the filling if he was getting a silver star. That is what my dentist calls a filling. It was so cute to hear my amost 14 year old baby say that.

Let us know what the oral surgeon says on Friday. Please do not wait to post until Monday. I will worry about it all weekend.

Sandy I am glad you heard from Heidi again. I have heard it can be cold the first few days down the Mexican Riviera. I wonder how cold it is going to be in November. YIKES!!!

Thanks for being so concerned. You guys are great! Don't worry, Selena. I will post after we find something out, if not on Friday, then on Sat morning. She is feeling quite a bit better today. The antibiotics have really helped. She is mostly worried about missing school.

I feel bad for her though. She has this going on and having to go to physical therapy for her hip. She has only been doing the PT a couple of weeks. She didn't want to go tonight because he hurts her. After she got done though she said that it wasn't as bad so he must be doing her some good.
