Coffee Mate?!?If you haven't before, read the ingredients on that stuff. It is mostly oil; hydrogenated oil at that, which means it is a little cup of trans fat.
I have those bagels at my home right now, I think I will splurge and have one for breakfast tomorrow. You can buy the Mini Thomas White Bagels and use them for breakfast, 1 point. I had a great breakfast with egg, canadian bacon and a small square of FF chesse for 2 points this weekend.
Eggs are 2 points. My friend used only 3 eggs, 2 pcs of FF Cheese, and one pc of canadian bacon per bagel. It was extremely good.
I am making something similar tomorrow on a Thomas Wheat Light English Muffin. Mine will be 3 pts.
According to FDA regulations, anything less than .5 grams of trans fat per serving can be labeled as 0 grams per serving, or trans fat free. If a product has very small serving sizes listed, you could very well get 1 to 2 grams of trans fat with a realistic portion. So check what the serving size is on that liquid and compare it against how much you are actually using. It's the liquid kind. It says 0 trans fat 1/5 gr fat ? do you mean the powder?
That just grossed me out!! Good thing I don't drink coffee!!A hydrogenated oil is basically what Crisco is; is that really something you want to put in your coffee every morning?

The powder is another story entirely. Somebody told me recently that it is flammable and that, as a kid, he used to entertain himself by throwing handfuls of it into the campfire and watching the fireworks.
I don't mean to preach, but I find trans fats to be a very frightening concept. The idea that it is a man-made product that the human body essentially has no idea how to deal with. A hydrogenated oil is basically what Crisco is; is that really something you want to put in your coffee every morning?

Coffee is OK as far as I am concerned; you just have to be careful of what you put in it. If you need flavor, go with Torani syrups, which are made with all natural ingredients. Otherwise, stick with real dairy products like milk or half-and-half.Yikes, good thing I don't use the powder. I will look at it again tonight. I have to have coffee for one more week. I have 20 hours of OT in the last week and a half.
Wow, Erik is doing great!! It will be a lot of work. He definitely will earn his 100.00!! Stacey and Heidi babysat when they were tweens and when they were around 17 they got a job at a daycare center. Yes, our friend was very difficult to take care of. When my mom passed away our friend was very demanding and really didn't sympathize with me over my moms passing. It always hurt me that she was that way but I do have to take into account that our friend passed away a couple of months after my mom. You made me feel good about being upbeat. I do try my best to be like that!! Hugs.
I was really shy as a kid too. I had a small group of friends that I talked to and then didn't talk much to anyone else.
Glad the boy is okay, did you see him fall? About Aerial, I know I wasn't shy at that age and the teachers made my parents aware of that as well during parent/teacher conferences!
My sister was shy, but for the most part she has gotten over it now. I think it is just Aerial's age and all the different stuff that is changing in her. Aerial is at such a difficult age right now, you are doing the right thing. Hopefully it will pass.
Congrats on one year!!! We all new you could do it, cheers to another great year for you!
