I found a recipe, that is you drain the juice out of a bottle of cherries and replace with tequila, let it set a few days, then make jello shots with malibu & pineapple jello, and put a cherry in each cup.

I found a recipe, that is you drain the juice out of a bottle of cherries and replace with tequila, let it set a few days, then make jello shots with malibu & pineapple jello, and put a cherry in each cup.

How many points - I don't think I can count that high! I would guess 10 points per jello shot!

That recipe sounds good, except I don't like tequila so I would soak the cherries in everclear!

Wouldn't it still be 2 points for the liquor in a total shot? sugar free jello would be none maybe? I think cherries are 1 put per cup, and so pretty much no points for the cherries. I'm going to the store after work.

Signing off for about a week. We will be having carpet laid on Monday and Tuesday so the house will be cleared out. I am excited for it but I don't know what to do with my time when the guys are here installing. I will be bored silly. I don't have a hobby and I don't read books. My computer and tv will be shut done. Bored silly!!

Hi, everyone!

I hope you all remember me, lol.

It has been extremely busy for me - I also have cut down dramatically on my "DIS" time. However, it is Spring Break and I thought it was a perfect opportunity to catch up with my Monkeys. Esp. since I JUST finished a long paper and presentation.

I am in the midst of my grad school program, getting my Reading Specialist certification. I am so excited to move onto a Reading Spec. position and lose *some* of the pressure of being a remedial high school English teacher!

Rob and I are planning our Disney wedding- most likely for Nov. 7, 2009. So, unless we are denied that date, that is what it will be. We are voraciously saving so we can burn it all on one magical Disney day.

Marcie, I am so proud of how far you're come over the past year! You are doing awesome with your exercise and you are a GREAT mom to Aerial!

I was shy on and off when I was her age. It's not easy. I think you are doing the best thing in talking to her. Having just a few good friends is better.

That experience with the kid on the railing sounds so scary!!! I hope it is all ok!

And . . . I LOVE Hungry Girl, too. Great inspiration.

Sandy, I hope the carpet ins. went well Sorry I missed you when the net will be turned off! Maybe get some magazines if you're not a huge book person. (Although of course the teacher in me would encourage reading, lol- maybe a trashy romance novel. I used to LOVE them, lol!)

Cristi, I teach hs and if I counted all the eye rolls, MINE would be spinning. It's "normal" I guess and by senior year they all (correction: almost all) seem to have grown out of it and are on their way to being normal adults.

Oh Cristi I am so sorry. I know Rachel has to be a great young lady but you will probably be in for it for several years. I hope not for your sake. I think we all have to rely on Sandy to help us out. I mean look she raised two girls at the same time. I do not see how you did it raising twins.

Hey you can also buy some fresh pineapple that they cut and is in the clear container and soak it in rum or vodka. Yummy.

We make 16 jello shots per mixture. We normally use Sugar Free Jello and they are about 1.5 points a piece. I would think the real deal jello is about 2 points. Alcohol about .5 and the cherry is about 1 or 2 due to the sugar and then the alcohol. But it sounds awesome.
