Ok, so you are talking heritage. My grandparents came from Sweden and Norway. Our Christmas tradition was lutefisk and lefse. I miss living in a Scandinavian area. Ohhh, the memories. Lutefisk is a cod cured by lye and lefse is tortilla like and made with mashed potatoes. Not too many people like the lutefisk.
And she hates seafood!!!!!!!!!!
But, she'll make it for her dh. A friend of dh's had to go to his Uncle's funeral during crawfish season and he brought us back around 40lbs! We had a huge crawfish boil for dh's b-day that week!
And ham! LOL!
After a week without one I will be washing nonstop until Christmas.
Three shots of tequila + two margaritas (small ones ) = drunk Cristi. After the tasting they had giant Jenga in the pub. Boy, that was pretty fun once everyone was toasted.
exercising!
She is arriving on my anniversary......
